“Came here on what is relatively DQ'S busiest day, free cone day to grab my kiddos a couple of cones after practice and ended up ordering food. Line out the door, line wrapped around the drive through all the way to the street, and the service is still top notch. Food is fresh and piping hot, ice cream was not melted or watery, manager even asked if we would like to put our ice cream in the freezers until after we ate to keep it frozen. The sweetest staff 10/10“

The food quality and prices are great.

“Their food is great and their service is usually really good. Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“

“This was my first time to stop at the Checkers Baytown location and I was very pleased! I love the seasoned fries! They were so hot and crispy and the box was over full! I loved the bun on the cheeseburger! It could have been a little bigger though! The server at the drive thru was very friendly and nice!“

“Placed a mobile order and as I was coming to pick it up, my blood sugar randomly bottomed out! Got here and my pizza wasn’t out of the oven yet but the manager noticed something was wrong and asked if I was okay! When I told him, he told me to take a cake and go sit down. I tried to pay for it and he wouldn’t let me. And as usual, the food is the bomb! My pizza wasn’t perfect!“

My breakfast tacos were made with ham because it was late morning and they had exhausted their bacon supply. WOW wish I'd tried that sooner. The eggs were fluffy and the ham fried to perfection. A little onion and great service made going to DMV afterward less stressful.“

“I’m not one to judge based on a single experience, so this is from the handful of times I’ve been since they’ve opened. I’ve noticed that there’s always one or two small inconveniences when I go here, like making me pay individually for the avocado salsa, but then not giving me the amount I paid for, or forgetting utensils for things like the cantina bowl. Nothing crazy, but just enough to be noticeable (heart is broken today cuz they forgot my chips, and they only gave me guac lol).
