“Yesterday was my first time trying out this new joint, im not much of a coffee person but needed a pick me up before work. I wasn't really sure about what and how to order and was quite overwhelmed, and i must say the employee Justin was so very very patient with me and guided me through the menu and was very knowledgeable regarding the ingredients I had questions about, he never once made me felt rushed or dumb about the questions I had, like at past experiences at Starbucks. On top of that my drink tasted amazing!!! Hands down honestly he will be the reason I return and also the reason I will be recommending to my fellow nurse coworkers (who fuel on coffee). He was very kind and courteous and I really appreciated the experience and also learned a quite a bit. Thank you!!!!“

“I give Snowflake Donuts 5 stars out of 5. I ordered donut holes and they were warm and so good. Everyone is always bragging on Shipley's but I think Snowflake is the best. Staff is very friendly as well.“

“Went there for the first time. The Matcha Latte was really good. I added boba and got oat milk with it. I loved it! I liked the atmosphere here. It was very cozy. It’s definitely a great place to come check out, and the staff was friendly! I would definitely come here again!“
