“I’ve been to Seabrook Waffle Company several times now and have never had a bad meal or service! Their fruit is always fresh, the eggs Benedict has never failed, chicken and waffles is tasty, even just regular waffle is fantastic. Their outdoor seating is shaded and perfect location for your dog to join. I highly recommend this location!“

I happened to be in the area and without my toddlers so I decided to treat myself - and, wow! “I went there because the photos looked so amazing of all the drinks, but then when I went there, I saw they used the cheapest syrups you can get for their flavorings. So, I just had a regular latte and it was great, but if you need sweeteners, you might want to rethink it. I really can't stand those cheap syrups myself. I don't know how they became okay to serve. Granted, most places use cheap syrups, I only know one place that makes its own caramel and its own butterscotch. Every other place takes this shortcut to me that should be reflected in lower prices, but usually, these places aren't inexpensive.“

“Haven't been on the southside part of Houston in a while. But always crave Dutch more than Starbucks. First time at this location. Nice location away from traffic freeway, large parking area. Fully staff, and drive thru fully staffed, an inside too to accommodate customers. Medium Golden Eagle XXX hot inside a large cup with extra whip and extra caramel drizzle. And they made it perfect. Will be back if on this side of town. Peaceful area to get coffee.“

“They Berry Tea Room is a wonderful place for an intimate lunch or just a tea break. We were a group of eight women and the room we were in was very snug with that many people seated there. But it was quiet and we were able to talk. The service was very good. It was a pretty good size menu. I had what was called the peacemaker which was a sandwich that had half and half on it. I had a choice of three and I chose egg salad and chicken salad. The other choice was tunafish salad. There was also a selection of bread to choose from and it was between a croissant and rye bread. I chose the rye bread which I enjoyed a lot. We started with a cup of soup, and the entrée came out with veggie strips, like potato chips, only in straw shape and we got a nice little scoop of cherry and chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. It was all included in the price. Being a tea room I had to order hot tea, and a variety was brought out for me to choose from. It was served with a beautiful teacup and teapot so it was just like having a tea party. Prices were very reasonable and the service fantastic. I would return to this restaurant in the future.“

The drinks are always consistent, super flavorful, and you can tell they don’t cheap out on the taste—whether you’re getting a classic iced coffee, a rebel, or something blended. What really makes Dutch Bros stand out though is the vibe. The employees are always upbeat, friendly, and actually talk to you like a real person instead of rushing you through the line. Even when it’s busy, the service stays fast and the energy is still positive.

“A lot of Thai restaurants in the area but Thai Jasmine is hands down the best! We’ve been coming here for years (when they have had other locations) and the food has always been consistently great. The owners are such great people and so nice. The food is also great priced! The Tom Kha soup is so flavorful and always a must get. The drunken noodles, pad Thai, fried rice, Tom Yum soup, and curries are other dishes you can’t go wrong with, we switch out between these when we go. There is something for everybody, and they have boba drinks/thai tea as well. Five stars always!“

“Visits Jan 17 and 24, 2025: My daughter and I ate here during Dr appts. On different days we had the caramel frappe, vanilla bean frappe, vanilla latte, choc chip cookie, and lemon-iced poundcake. The food and drinks were yummy, but I was very disappointed they don't have blueberry scones or even blueberry muffins. The service was quick and friendly. There is a small bench and two small tables to wait for orders/eat. The space in the hospital is wide-open and very handicap accessible.

“We went yesterday on Thanksgiving because we ended up literally right next to it while working Uber orders and we were really craving a good iced coffee since Dutch Bros closed at like noon. We spoke to a super sweet young lady who took our order and even took the time to go over the menu and even a few different options she thought we may like. We ended up getting a large German chocolate iced coffee with 2 extra shots of Expresso. Our daughters shared a large mango smoothie. And they were both delicious! On top of that, since we were literally the very last car they took before closing, another nice girl brought our drinks out to us and I let her know we hadn't paid yet and she told us not to worry and they were on the house today and to have a great day. After a rough past few weeks and starting our day off a bit rough also, it was honestly a beautiful gesture and something we will never forget. Our daughters were so happy with their smoothie and kept raving about how nice 7Brew was and the employees were so sweet for blessing us on Thanksgiving. Thank you all so much for your kindness, patience and love shown to us on our very 1st of many visits.
