“Fantastic! Went there by myself today in my car and I got greeted with the Manager himself, asked me why I had starbucks in my car and I explained why, when I told him he offered me a free Carmel frap for my dad to try and my dad absolutely loved it! Will definitely be coming back every once in a while!“

“I was very upset with Starbucks in general for making me drive 45 minutes to return a tumbler. the locations near my home would not accept a perfectly new returnable tumbler because I didn't have a physical receipt. so I had to drive where I purchased it. I'm grateful though because I was welcomed by friendly staff. Kuddos to the the manager Joey, the return was quick and easy.“

“I take my son to get donuts 3 times a week. This morning we went and something was going on with the card system. The lady gave us his order and said it was ok, not to worry about it. I thought that was so kind. I dropped son off, picked up money and took it back. She's a good person!“

“Came through the drive thru today and the young lady at the window (didn’t catch her name sorry) but her personality and customer service is needed all over this city! She insisted on heating up my chocolate croissant and was polite when I added more to more order at the window! She lifted my spirits and didn’t even know it! Keep smiling honey!!“

“I got to meet one of the volunteers today who explained so much of what they do! I loved how they contribute to the community as well as veterans. The coffee smelt amazing and everything was nice and clean. Will be back to support their mission!“
