About Starbucks

This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a popular spot for many customers, offering consistent drinks and friendly service. Visitors appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, whether grabbing a coffee on the go or staying to work. The staff generally provides quick service and is known for being kind and helpful. One customer highlighted an incident where a barista brought hot drinks to a group running an outdoor pet vaccine clinic in the rain, showing extra kindness and dedication. Another praised Emerald at the drive-thru for remaking a wrong order without extra charge, demonstrating excellent customer care that builds loyalty. Regulars, including a teacher who frequently buys Strawberry Refreshers for students, find the staff accommodating, especially when requesting extra cups and lids. However, some reviews mention inconsistent service during weekends, with inexperience and confusion among staff leading to order mix-ups and misidentifications. Despite these issues, many customers feel the location is reliable and a great place to enjoy a drink. Prices are noted as high, particularly for smaller sizes like the Cortada, but the quality and friendly service often outweigh the cost concerns. Overall, the Starbucks in Texas City is appreciated for its friendly staff, good drinks, and a welcoming environment, with some room for improvement during busy times.
