“I tried the cookie butter latte it was phenomenal with cold foam on top. It was perfectly sweet with cookie butter and cream. I also tried the Nutella latte with cold foam and it was not too sweet and well balanced. They have several pastries like kolaches, scones, bagel sandwiches, turkey sandwiches, little empanada looking tacos and other goodies! A very peaceful calm quiet spot to get your laptop out and work.“

“I went in on Sunday and I ordered a sugar cookie latte. I did not enjoy that. I went to the register and let them know I did not like it and asked if I could get something else. Lana was so kind and understanding. Not only did she let me switch out my drink free of charge but she asked me what flavors I like and made me a sample of something she drinks that she said I may like and it has now become my new regular order! Love the girls at this location but I want to give a special thanks to Lana for the new drink.“

“When I first started getting black rock, I started at the Webster location. Unfortunately that location lacks quality and consistency when it comes to making their drinks. So I started coming to the Spencer location. The workers are very friendly, uplifting and quick but never felt rushed. My caramel blondie always tastes like how it should every single time and my food is always fresh. I love this location!“

“Yesterday was my first time trying out this new joint, im not much of a coffee person but needed a pick me up before work. I wasn't really sure about what and how to order and was quite overwhelmed, and i must say the employee Justin was so very very patient with me and guided me through the menu and was very knowledgeable regarding the ingredients I had questions about, he never once made me felt rushed or dumb about the questions I had, like at past experiences at Starbucks. On top of that my drink tasted amazing!!! Hands down honestly he will be the reason I return and also the reason I will be recommending to my fellow nurse coworkers (who fuel on coffee). Im not sure if it was the coffee or maybe one of the flavors but it tasted like bitter coffee... I know coffee is bitter but it was almost like the bitterness from when coffee is a little too old or sat for too long. However my daughter got a caramel frappuccino and they made it amazingly, they were generous with the portions given to her and I was thankful for that! I can be a little picky about my coffee, especially when it comes to the amount of sugar and other condiments I like. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully to what I needed, and made my coffee exactly the way I wanted it. She also did a great job with my donuts.

I’ve come to this Dunkin’ many times and have had both good and not-so-good experiences, but today was truly exceptional. I really appreciate her patience, kindness, and attention to detail.

The cinnamon rolls are good too.Reading some of the reviews the score should be higher here since some of the complaints are ridiculous.If you have a tree nut allergy do not come here. If you do fall Victim go to clear lake regional. They are the only ones who can save you.“
