“I went in to First Cup today to try the coffee and breakfast sandwhich. I was impressed with the service (10/10) and cleanliness as well as the atmosphere. Very comfortable, cozy and warm. The coffee ( Americana with an extra shot of espresso) was made perfectly by Grace and the food (sausage,egg and cheese croissant) was on point. When Grace brought our food out it was just the right temperature. The restrooms were clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. I will be returning.“

“Food taste great. We love the Brown Sugar Creme Brulee, Chocolate Milk Tea, and Thai tea. The dumplings and the cheese corn dog are great! The owner is very nice and friendly. We enjoy bringing our family here. You can play games (uno, connect four, etc) and they even have small claw machines. In addition to the Pearland location, there's a location in Webster too. Both are fun.“

“Drinks were good but food was horrible! My croissant was burnt on the ends and I ordered a bacon sandwich and they only gave me half of one strip! And why would you make an employee work on their birthday? Poor girl.“

David offered us a sample of the mocha cake and it was really good! I personally love anything coffee-flavored, especially cake, so I really enjoyed it! <3

The gentleman who helped us, Evan, choose our drinks was also incredibly sweet and patient. Both of them made the experience feel really welcoming. It's always nice when the food is good AND the people serving you are genuinely kind.

“We come here all the time. This is our regular tea house for boba drinks and crepes. Also, the owner and staff are very friendly which makes our visit there pleasant. I highly recommend trying out their delicious boba teas, smoothies, and treats.“

“Found this coffee shop and art studio with my daughter. We wanted to go and do an art project together. Very friendly staff. They were very busy with a camp in the back, but we ordered our drinks, my daughter picked a craft root beer and I ordered a pour over coffee. My daughter picked a bunny craft project and had a great time. Highly recommend this place.“

“I had a great experience at Starbucks today thanks to Chloe (I think that is her name). I walked up to the window and was still looking over the menu when she immediately offered to help with recommendations. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while I decided what to order.

During our conversation, she mentioned that she was fairly new, which honestly surprised me because she carried herself like someone who had been there much longer. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.

I wanted to leave a review specifically because great service deserves recognition, especially for someone who is new. Chloe did an outstanding job and represented Starbucks exceptionally well. Keep up the great work!“

“I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!“
