“I went in to First Cup today to try the coffee and breakfast sandwhich. I was impressed with the service (10/10) and cleanliness as well as the atmosphere. Very comfortable, cozy and warm. The coffee ( Americana with an extra shot of espresso) was made perfectly by Grace and the food (sausage,egg and cheese croissant) was on point. When Grace brought our food out it was just the right temperature. The restrooms were clean as well as the rest of the restaurant. I will be returning.“

“Found this coffee shop and art studio with my daughter. We wanted to go and do an art project together. Very friendly staff. They were very busy with a camp in the back, but we ordered our drinks, my daughter picked a craft root beer and I ordered a pour over coffee. My daughter picked a bunny craft project and had a great time. Highly recommend this place.“

The worker was really considerate though — they quickly remade my drink and got it right the second time. The lavender matcha tasted okay, not quite like Japanese grade matcha but still decent.

Overall, not perfect, but they handled the mistake well, which made the experience better.“

“I love this shipley’s for various reasons! Obviously, one big kicker in the ol’ five star department is the taste. Mmmmmm I love the glazed donuts and the Kolaches are incredible. We went her in national donut day, a tradition our family has always celebrated, and asked if all 4 of us could get a glazed donut for free. The woman at the counter said no, we could only get one. Hehe, this was almost going to be a 3 star review but the lady played around with us. When we got back home to open up all the donuts, not only were our original items on there, but also four glazed donuts. I love the service , I love the food, I love it all! Thanks guys!“
