“I visited this location for the second time yesterday, and I had another great experience. I prefer drinks that are low in calories and not overly sugary, so I decided to try Dunkin’s new Zero Sugar Energy Drink (only 20 calories).
After placing my drive-thru order, I was greeted by Nakyra. This was my second time seeing her, so I made sure to ask for her name. When I mentioned it was my first time trying the drink, she thought I would really like it; and she was right!
Nakyra provided great customer service. I was so appreciative that I actually called the store afterward just to thank her for the recommendation.“
