MyWife Donuts Reviews
“Always warm, always tasty. Great service and amazing donuts!”
Great breakfast tacos, kolaches and coffee... and of course great donuts!
What makes this donut shop different is the quality in ingredients! The kolaches come in three sizes, mini, small, and large. My toddler loves eating the minis because it’s perfect size for her. The breakfast tacos are made to order. I have been hesitant to order because I thought it would take long, but no it was quick as if I was in the drive thru line. MyWife Donuts is run by the sweetest people who are welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. The customer service is always consistent and great. The owners, a husband and wife pair, could not have been more kind, understanding, or accommodating. They have gone above and beyond, such as adding chocolate and sprinkles to glazed donuts when the shop ran out of chocolate donuts.
The donuts are delicious, fluffy, and fresh with a great glaze. The Chapel Hill kolache is hands down one of the best kolaches ever, with a buttery and soft pastry. The Chapel Hill smoke sausage kolache is also highly recommended. They even have breakfast tacos made to order and a Brisket kolache. A croissant with egg and sausage was toasted to perfection, with the egg and sausage cooked exactly right, making it the best one ever. A strawberry glazed donut was great.
The food is reasonably priced, and the prices are actually cheaper than Shipleys. A dozen of mixed donuts costs around $12, which is unbeatable for the quality. The shop is highly recommended for anyone searching for the best old fashioned doughnut or kolache in Pearland.
