Ashley, at the Cedar Park Great American Cookie Company, did a beautiful job decorating our cookie cake! She got every detail exactly the way I wanted it! 5 stars!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I walked in smiling to get a cookie, I said hello and the lady behind the counter didn’t even look at me or smile. I understand working in the food industry is tough because I’ve done it. But still at least acknowledge me! She didn't ask me want I wanted she just stood there and stared at me. So I told her what cookie I wanted, still smiling and feeling awkward. I said thank you and again she said nothing….Very unwelcoming environment. Won’t be back.

Great American Cookies offers an easy online ordering system, although there may be a longer wait time for pick-up compared to in-store orders. The manager is highly praised for her professionalism and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. This establishment is not only known for its delicious cookies, but also for its exceptional customer service. One memorable example includes the owner personally delivering a re-baked cookie after a delivery issue, even when it was found that the original cookie had already been received. This act of kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction highlights the business's commitment to the community.
