“In town visiting family and tried this place based on reviews. It did not disappoint, the donuts were absolutely delicious. We got a variety and every one was delicious, especially the cinnamon twist and the seasonal pumpkin spice. They also had a wide selection of kolaches, we tried the brisket one and it was delicious. We want to come back and try some with eggs and bacon among others. The staff was super friendly and they had a steady stream of customers on a Saturday morning (always a good sign).“

Cleanliness behind the counter was great, they just need to work on cleaning tables more, because lots of people bring kids in here and kids are super messy.Parking: You're not likely to find a space in front of the store, but there is plenty of parking nearby, so you'll have to walk.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids are constantly running around screaming and this is considered fine.“
“Smells Heavenly....we only get them occasionally because of our diet but we've eaten them for 20 yrs...the donuts, of all flavors, and kolaches are melt in your mouth delicious!!! My favorites are the chocolate covered long johns, which they fill with gooey vanilla pudding when you order. Our kids are grown and have families but they all know Billy's Donuts. We've moved away but still stop for a donut or kolaches when we're in Pearland“
“I’m not a donut connoisseur, but Dawn Donuts may have the best apple fritter I have ever eaten. I liked it so much, I bought another one (their last) to take back to Dallas with me. My wife really enjoyed the maple iced old fashioned cake donut, and our girls enjoyed the glazed and the frosted donuts they had. The woman at the counter was very nice and patient as my kids picked out the donuts they wanted.“
“super sweet and nice employees, especially the woman who works there. some of my favorite customer service i’ve had in pearland, i come here every thursday and i love it as part of my routine. chocolate donuts are good, kolaches are the best i’ve had in pearland so far. only downside is a $5 minimum for cards so bring cash if you need to ! :)“
“Olivia’s is the first donut shoppe I started going to when I moved into the area. I have visited many times during the years and even though occasionally I will go elsewhere, I always return to Olivia’s. It has been the donut shoppe that I have given my business to the most by far. I’ll tell you why.Ironically, I am not much of a donut eater, although occasionally I will eat one. What I do eat a lot of are kolaches. Olivia’s kolaches are superb. They have a good variety. The sausage, jalapeño and cheese is always a solid choice. My favorite however, is the boudin kolache. Olivia’s has the best boudin kolache in Pearland hands down and I haven’t had a better one yet anywhere else I’ve gone. They also have a variety of breakfast sandwiches that always hit the spot. On the occasion I do want something sweet, the donuts are excellent and I especially like the apple fritter. It is delicious.The service is fast. You never have to stand in line very long here. Everyone that works there is always polite, friendly and helpful. There is a laidback vibe and I always feel welcome when I stop by.“

“The food is good and the donuts are very soft to eat and the police watch pretty good and the and the service is awesome and the people there are nice and it looks very café style. If there is just more tables there it would be more less space, but it would be good to really like the place.“
“I had absolutely no problem with the kolaches or donuts. The reason I didn't drink it five stars is because I'm very picky when it comes to reading something five, although they deserve it. The lady who was working there was adorable fun chatting with. Hope that didn't sound creepy. Lol. In the past so unfortunately I don't have any pictures but I do recommend going there for sure.“
“Love this place. Very popular for breakfast /brunch. Has real Mexican breakfast tacos and their green sauce is authentic. Good donuts and great atmosphere. This place is always packed, so be prepared to wait a while to order and get seated.“
