“Service was quick. Drive thru window was efficient. Owner was nice but was in a bit of a hurry. You can tell this place has been around for a while. Donut holes were good but a bit more sensed than I would like. Not over sugared. Kolaches are soft and hot; jalepeno cheese kolaches has sliced cheese and pieces of jalepenos in it. I enjoyed it.“
“I use to work in manvel before covid and would stop here for breakfast. It was the best donut shop then, and now years later still hands down the best. I don’t live close, but I drive over because they have the absolute best donuts, croissants, and the customer service is great. I hope they put a location in “
“I always love shipleys. it's a love it or hate it kinda place. I never got why anyone hated them. Their kolaches are a bit on the smaller side unless you specifically order the BIG sausage ones but i always liked their kolaches they have alot of room inside between the meat and the cheese but i like em like that. Their donuts are to die for thought i love all of their donuts“
“When I tell you this place has THEE best jumbo jalapeno kolaches & glazed donuts... I'm NOT even joking. Hands down, way better than Shipley's Donuts. This location is worth waking up out of my sleep (GOOD SLEEP ?) to get out of bed & run up here to buy these. Love it, love it, love it. You must go here. Preferably this location that's on Sabo Rd.“
“In town visiting family and tried this place based on reviews. It did not disappoint, the donuts were absolutely delicious. We got a variety and every one was delicious, especially the cinnamon twist and the seasonal pumpkin spice. They also had a wide selection of kolaches, we tried the brisket one and it was delicious. We want to come back and try some with eggs and bacon among others. The staff was super friendly and they had a steady stream of customers on a Saturday morning (always a good sign).“
“Love this place. Very popular for breakfast /brunch. Has real Mexican breakfast tacos and their green sauce is authentic. Good donuts and great atmosphere. This place is always packed, so be prepared to wait a while to order and get seated.“
“The Teaspoon is a place I had never heard of before but it was recommended by a friend. I am so glad that I listened to her. The Teaspoon is located inside of an antique store so you can shop before or after eating. The options include soups, salads, sandwiches, paninis, pizzas, etc.I got the half soup/half sandwich combo and it was so delicious. I tried bites of my friend's food which was also delicious. Will definitely be coming back. We might have to make visits here a weekly thing.“
“First off the food It is great the ice coffee Great and cheap that alone I would give them 5 stars but oh my God. The customer service. There is absolutely amazing if I could give them 10 stars or more I would. So with that I would Say this is not just one of the Best donut places in Alvin It's probably the best in all the Houston area.“
“Smells Heavenly....we only get them occasionally because of our diet but we've eaten them for 20 yrs...the donuts, of all flavors, and kolaches are melt in your mouth delicious!!! My favorites are the chocolate covered long johns, which they fill with gooey vanilla pudding when you order. Our kids are grown and have families but they all know Billy's Donuts. We've moved away but still stop for a donut or kolaches when we're in Pearland“
“Siam ( i hope i got the spelling right) is so very considerate of his customers. He made his special strong coffee, I am an Indian and we love strong coffees but this was strong even for me, not to worry, he has generous amounts of half and half, creamer and suger to help u at the self service desk andhe will flavor his coffee with hazelnut if h like. The coffee really hit the spot.Apparently he wakes up at 3 in the morning and makes his wares fresh every day. They seem to cater to kids tastes with a huge variety pf donuts and breakfast items as s fast food for on- the - go kids. His store is decorated with art by the school kids too. Its so cute. A great way to start a Sunday morning.“
