We go in to see what is open, The Puddery was closed, but as the owner was leaving she asked if we wanted one of the banana pudding she had left my husband said yes, I said no I will share with him (which I would regret later). We get on our way and star eating the banana pudding and OMG!!! The #keithlee review was spot on!!!! If you live anywhere near Houston you have to try The Puddery. This is coming from a banana pudding snob—-this is the best banana pudding I have ever had!!! The **Cold Brew** was exactly what I needed—smooth, refreshing, and without any of that bitter aftertaste you sometimes get with iced coffee. It’s clearly brewed with care and paired perfectly with the sweetness of the food.

The highlight was definitely the **Croissant Donut**. It’s the perfect hybrid: you get the flaky, buttery layers of a croissant combined with the satisfying shape and texture of a donut. It was light, crisp on the outside, and absolutely delicious.
The shop is bright, the service is friendly, and the selection is massive. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from their cases!

“I travel for a living and I happened upon Tina's Pie Trailer so I bought a Cherry, Blue Berry and a Chocolate Pecan. I gave the Chocolate and Cherry pies to the dispatchers and the company owner got mad and fired me! He then told me that I shouldn't waste my money on other People. Tina's Pies are not a waste and I will buy Tina's Pies so others can enjoy the Great Taste and ask me how to get to the Pie Lady's Trailer. For the Ex-Boss I say "No Pie For You!" They are fresh and delicious. They put the perfect amount of creme filling in the middle of the Dubai chocolate cookies. Some of the topping did fall of the top so be careful taking that first bite! I have zero complaints. The smell of the shop had me so ready to try the cookies! The packaging is too cute. They also have different packaging options for multiple occasions!
