I guess that just means I’ll have to come back soon and update this review. We tried the Biscoff scone, Cookies & Cream cookie, chocolate chip cookie, brown butter Rice Krispie treat, blueberry muffin (with another delicious ingredient that I can’t remember because my mom ordered it), Biscoff brownie, cheesecake brownie, chocolate muffin, and strawberry muffin. Every single thing was incredible. Honestly, there wasn’t a single miss. The muffins were perfectly moist and tender without being heavy or soggy. The cookies had a texture unlike anything I’ve had before; soft, rich, and absolutely addictive. Even the Rice Krispie treat somehow tasted elevated. You can tell that a lot of care goes into everything they make. The flavors were balanced, the textures were spot-on, and every bite had us saying, “Okay, this might be my favorite one.” We also had coffees that were great, the inside is picture perfect, and the staff is so kind. Do me a favor and if Milo is working, tell him I sent you! If you’re anywhere near Houston, do yourself a favor and stop by. Just remember to take pictures before you start eating!! I clearly failed that part!“

“The Baker’s Son opened in Kissimmee, FL. I was able to go to there soft opening 12/4/2025. The Filipino Baked goods are fresh, and they have a variety to choose from. I tried a couple, and loved the savory chicken filled siopao and chicken filled pandesal. The Filipino dessert baked goods were delicious too. All made fresh out of the oven. They have a cafe in the bakery that I did not get a chance to try yet, but will go with my husband and kids in the future.“

“Best and only bakery to get truly authentic Cantonese egg tarts in all of Texas. Both the flaky crust and the taste of the original Cantonese egg filling combined is a lost art here in Texas. It is labor intensive to make it this way, but these are true Cantonese cowboys in the kitchen. I've made them before, but it was way too much work.

If you fled from CA, due to the stolen elections there, you know that this is how Cantonese egg tart is supposed to taste. Made fresh daily too.

You can tell that this is the real deal because they have soft and chewy Chicken Tail Baos (i.e. Cantonese coconut filled buns, A.K.A. Cocktail buns) made fresh daily and Wife Cookies (i.e. candied wintermelon filled soft pastry cake).

This place is the real deal and the only true authentic Cantonese bakery in all of Texas. And, I've searched all over Austin, Dallas, etc...
