“I have been here 10 times now. 5 STARS EVERY TIME ON EVERYTHING.The rolls are THE BEST I have ever, Ever, EVER had, ALWAYS fresh. The service is always fast and friendly.Tonight, she was closed - 9:04 , I called and asked if she had any rolls left "No, but I will bake them fresh for you". And she did.“
“The donuts and kolaches are so delicious and for such a great price you simply can't beat it! The service is always impeccable. Parking can sometimes be challenging as the lot does sometimes fill up but there is street parking in the neighborhood surrounding“
“You won’t find a better cupcake, vegan or not, PERIOD. Always such fun and new flavor combinations too. Their cake slices, donuts, and Chaco tacos are delicious as well and so far they have the best nice cream I’ve ever had. The fact that it’s all sourced from top quality ingredients and contain zero additives or processed ingredients is an incredible bonus. Every bite truly is awesome and so are the staff!“
“I've been here twice so far, and plan to return many times in the future. Each time, I've ordered the Flight of 4 cookies of my choosing. Every cookie I've had is so delicious. I like that their assortment switches up. So, I've tried 8 different cookies at this point, and each one was delicious. I've also had the Bourbon Vanilla Bean ice cream, and it's good. Customer service is also great. They have a new regular customer.“
“Why 5 stars? Because after far too long, I finally made it here, and it was worth the wait. --- --- --- I discovered Crumbville over a year ago and it just never worked out for me to stop in and visit. Despite it not being super close by where we at lunch, I made it a point that it finally had to happen. And why did I wait so long?? When we first walked in, there was a line of people waiting to pay for what they'd picked out. But, the owner, despite being busy with all of these people, still greeted us and was going over all of the different options in the store, while she was ringing up people in line. When we made it to the front of the line, she could not have possibly been a friendlier human. It's no wonder the reviews here are so amazing, because even if you don't absolutely love the goodies, you can't help but enjoy coming in here. As for what we bought: Mayniac Munch = 4.5 stars. Red velvet, chocolate chip pecan cookie dough & oreos. This was solid when we snacked on a couple bites in the car, but so amazing when we got home and heated it up a little bit. Best of Both Worlds = 4.5 stars. Fudge brownie topped with chocolate chip pecan cookie dough and cream cheese. This was my wife's choice and something I wasn't super excited about. But I took one bite and next thing I knew, I had eaten half of it! Butter ThickHER Thana Snicker = 5 stars. Moist Butter cake with our Signature ThickHER Thana Snicker cookie (rich chocolate dough filled with peanuts, chocolate, Caramel, nougats & popcorn) baked inside. This was absolutely stupid good. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. How about 15? The icing was amazing too. And the best part was that I didn't feel awful after eating it. I don't know what she puts in this stuff to not give me an immediate stomach ache full of regret afterward, like most baked goods, but it's heaven. I will not wait 14 months to make my next visit, I promise you that.“
“Came here on a whim with a vegan friend who raves about this place. And went crazy. Got the blueberry, banana walnut and the lemon poppy muffins. The lemon poppy was by FAR my favorite. It was moist with the perfect lemony flavor. The icing is not super sweet and complements the muffin. The blueberry was good and flavorful and then the banana walnut. There was a chunk of banana in it which gave me finger vibes wish it was chopped up more. For that reason I didn't finish the muffin. And it was the end of the banana with the black tip. The strawberry shortcake cookie combo was really good. The chocolate chip cookie and strawberries were blended perfectly. All in all it was great and I'm gonna come back for the breakfast pizza and the grandma cookies.“
“What a neat Food-stand? Food-counter? There's a word for this in Hindi but for street food, so this is similar except that it's only coffees, drinks, and pastries. I read that the chef is from New York, but I especially like the location. I always go for their seasonal drinks but my husband always goes for latte with alt milk. Whenever I decide to walk the Columbia Tap Trail, this is a nice stop land treat about halfway through the trail. I feel rewarded. Although I have seen regulars here with their pups and those who also just look like they just popped out of bed for some coffee (I can relate)! It's nice to see that this place is still flourishing since the pandemic I'm sure I'll be back!“
“SUCH A GREAT FIND! This spot consists of a bakery in the heart of a shopping center full of great Filipino/Asian options nearby (e.g. Jolibee, Asian Market, etc.) They have a breadth (see what I did there) of baked goods, but also drinks and sweet treats like halo halo. The halo halo was very tasty and not too sweet, but just right. The baked goods were fresh. The service was excellent! BEWARE - it can get packed, but that’s how you know it’s good.“
“Searched up “keto” on google maps and found this gem. The man that greeted me was very nice and informative. I got the white chocolate macadamia, cinnamon snickerdoodle, and chocolate chip pecan. So far I’ve tried 2/3 with the macadamia left but these cookies are really good!!! They’re soft and don’t have a weird after taste or make my teeth hurt like the quest cookies. Praying for them to be in every HEB soon and I can’t wait for more products!!!“
“I've been coming here since I was a teenager ... N it's not changed a bit n y I still luv it ... Carli or Marli our waitress is as sweet as can be ...Parking: When it's busy busy forget parking they've always had a small amount of parking spaces ... I guess cuz other businesses around ... But still one of my fav places ... I wouldn't change nothing bout it ...“
“Yall.... BLISS BAKERY has hit another homerun with their breakfast. The blueberry danish is a perfect blend of sweet blueberry, tangy cream cheese and zesty lemon. I think i could eat like 10 of them. It has a great cruch and then soft center. The Chocolate Croissant had the same initial cruchyness and pillowy soft goodness with the added plus of some good quality dark chocolate. The amount of chocolate is perfectly in balance with the croissant. I always hesitate on chocolate croissant because I never feel like there is enough chocolate. Their's was perfect; chocolate in every bite, all the way to the ends. The breakfast tacos are good. The tortillas look to be home made and taste really good. The eggs are soft and not cooked into oblivion. I am a bacon girl (the bacon was great) but did try the sausage. Its a little breakfast sausagey for me (cuz duh, its breakfast sausage) but my co-worker said the sausage was perfect and tasted high quality, not gritty or gristly. The plain croissant is a perfect balance of crispy cruchy outside and (not to over use... but.... if it fits) pillowy soft and buttery inside. Utter perfection. I am looking forward to bacon and eggs on one of those.I did not get to try the almond croissant or brioche cinnamon roll because, like the great guys they are, are fixing a couple things they felt did not live up to thier expected quality, which I appriciate about them. So, as a replacement I grabbed a couple strawberry and cream muffnuts... I am always hesitant for strawberry flavored items because usually they taste fake to me.. but in true Bliss Bakery fashion these taste like real strawberry. There is real strawberry in them and they are amazing. The plain, black, drip coffee is good and strong.Their cheesecakes are among the best in the area and their grilled cheese sandwiches at luch are phenomenal. Give the Apple Bottom Brie a try even if you are hesitant. It is really good. My favorite is the club grilled cheese. For real yall. Run over and give them a try. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Their food is always good, they use high quality ingredients, and are two of the nicest guys on the planet. They have hired a lady as well and she seems so sweet and helpful, I haven't gotten to talk to her as much yet.“
“I needed to customize a birthday cake for my friend and came across this bakery on Instagram. So far I've tried the pulled pork ube cake and matcha crepe. The cake tastes delicious, light and puffy. The crepe, on the other hand, needs a bit sweeter for my taste. They serve coffee/tea in vintage sets that elaborates your experience here. A nice cozy place for an afternoon tea.“
“The best Latino bakery I have ever tried in the heights. All the bakery and pastry items were made fresh in front of me, very affordable, high quality, delicious and best part is how authentic. If you want delicious treats please come check them out they deserve recognition“
“This is now my favorite coffee shop. First of all, the music!- I was jamming the whole time. Gave me main character vibes sitting a cute coffee shop, with my matcha latte, lip singing. Lol. ALL the staff I encountered was so so nice. The lady that took my order was super nice and honestly made me feel like I knew her and was a regular. She also remembered my name a couple hours later when she was cleaning up the tables and asked if I was doing okay- by name! Oh, the foccacia with tomatoes was amazing as well. I mean, just go check it out. Love it.“
“Chose this coffee spot as a place to chill before our flight out of houston. Floored on the food - the Chinese sausage tacos were amazing. The tortillas were just right, good portions, right amount of heat, sweet, and texture. Best breakfast taco I've ever had. Wish i had more time in Houston to try their whole menu! Cold brews were good as well!“
“Had time to kill and this was the perfect outdoor spot. The Cafe de Olla was perfectly sweet and smooth (I usually always need a splash of milk to kill the bitterness) no cream needed. Enjoyed the sound of the water fixtures and relaxing music.“
“Great little hole in the wall type bagel shop. Only 2 customers there when I walked in around 11AM. Friendly workers. Speedy service. Bagels are great. Crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Prices are great as well. I think they could use some marketing for sure and this place would really be booming.“
“Highly recommended wedding and event bakery! I didn’t think I’d enjoy cake tasting until I went with my then fiancé to pick a cake for our wedding. From setting up the appointment to being there making the selections then the follow through by Cakes by Gina, we were impressed and well taken care of from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and eager to make your vision come true. All the various samples along with champagne, it was truly a very good experience. The cost was reasonable and the cake in the end was better than even the sample. Getting there was a bit painful only because we came from the opposite side of town. Cake delivery to the venue happened without an issue. Overall, probably our favorite vendor through this experience. Thank you Gina and team!Dietary restrictions: Cakes by Gina had its options, just let them know what you need and they’ll take care of you.“
“I tried Queen Donuts for my first time. We went early Sunday. The display case was full and there were plenty of smiling servers. The spicy boudin was very tasty. Cinnamon rolls were fresh from the oven and about as tasty as can be. Mrs Donuts on Memorial is the best in town that I have found, and Queen may tie them for the top spot - I will need to return a few more times to decide!“
“We recently ordered cookies and cake pops from Lucy Pearl's for our event, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! Not only did our attendees rave about the desserts, but Nicole and her team went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions by offering vegan and gluten-free options for the cake pops. From the initial inquiry to the delivery of the treats, the customer service was outstanding. The entire team at Lucy Pearl's was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. The quality of the desserts surpassed our expectations, and we highly recommend Lucy Pearl's for any catering needs. Thank you for helping make our event a success!“
“We had company coming in town, but I had no time to prepare the little extras I like to make. Proof Home Bakery for the win. We had delicious Tahina Blondies and gluten-free challah. Both were amazing and delicious. I'm especially grateful for Proof's attention to detail, as my sister-in-law is gluten-sensitive and she had no issues with the challah.“
“My wife is from Peru, and we both agree this is the best desserts we have had in Houston, better than expensive restaurants by far. Honestly, going forward we will be disappointed at other places. This was the best Tres Leches I have had since our wedding 17 years ago, and this may be the equal of that cake. Pure magic happens here. And a great atmosphere.“
“Hands down the best Chinese egg tarts (Dan tat) in Houston and maybe one of the best in the states. So flaky and delicious when hot. They also have really delicious mango mochi. One of my favorite bakeries in Chinatown due to those two items. They take Venmo now as well. They have a table that you can sit at but this is more of a place for takeout. Plenty of parking in the plaza.“
“This is such an awesome place with the friendliest staffs and lots of creativity hence the beautifully decorated dog treats! I bought bone cakes for both of my dogs’ birthdays and they love it. It is the perfect size for little pups. One of them has a very sensitive stomach and eats the cake without issues so I know the ingredients are good. I will definitely be returning for all things freshly baked dog treats and good vibes.“
“I ordered this cake a week before my husband’s birthday and Tony was able to make the cake exactly how I requested. The design was amazing and the cake tastes great! He was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend his services if you’re looking for a professional chef who can design your next cake/baked treats!“
“These cookies are so delicious!! They check all the boxes with everything you want from a good chocolate chip cookie. They're soft but have a great bite. They're rich, but have enough salt to balance the richnessn and the quality of the chocolate used is very good. The sugar cookies are precious and fun to get for a party or birthday.“
“I want to take this opportunity to highly recommend Mr. Donut. Every time I visit this establishment, the proprietors welcome me as if I am family. If you desire outstanding and friendly service, as well as quality food items, please visit Mr. Donut.Parking: Very Good location, easy in and out parking.“
“One of the best hidden gems I've been to. It's in the corner of a complex and their pastries-OMG they're literally perfect. Not super sweet, great prices, and it's always clean. I'm assuming it's Japanese owned, but the workers there are really nice and will tell you all about the pastries if you have any questions. I also love that the prices are not crazy. They're so well made for such a great price. I would come here again and again if having sweets all the time was healthy.“
“I have a nutrition certification and this place passes all of my tests for good quality food. I got decaf coffee and the eggless pancakes. Great! You must try it. They make all of their food from scratch and make a lot of homemade sauces. So worth going!“
“AMAZING SERVICE! GREAT DRINKS! AND LIFE CHANGING KOLACHES!!!!!! This sweet shop is very generous with adding in the extras. You'll get free donuts, donut holes, and other things when purchasing with them. You can tell it's a great team making all the food and drinks!“
“This was my first custom cookie purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The cookies and cake pops I ordered for a family baby shower were stunning and delicious too! As a first timer, pricing was surprising at first but the end product was exquisite. Thank you to the Leyana Sugar Studio team for sharing your tasty art!“
“Tres Market Foods is a cute little neighborhood cafe and market for pre-packed meals, snacks, and desserts for the busy family + a local haunt for a bite. The calm jazz music makes it a relaxing place to spend a morning or afternoon! The menu is overwhelming, but you can just browse their fridge/freezer section of nicely labeled packages: cinnamon rolls, scones, dips, soups, pastas, casseroles, sandwiches, salads, entrees, and a lot more! There are chips and crackers, selection of wines, and a display case of baked goods (cookies, croissants, Rice Krispie treats, and cake) and daily sandwiches. The lattes seemed popular and looked pretty, and there's self serve water + complimentary lemonade as well. They have sandwiches sitting in the display case ready to go, and the ham sandwich was really cute with the twine and wooden picnic knife. The ham and tomato flavors were simple and fresh. Breakfast tacos were very straightforward and came with a herby green sauce on the side that definitely amped up the flavor. The oatmeal cookie tasted just like a Pepperidge Farms Santa Cruz (oatmeal raisin flavor) cookie and was just as soft but slightly thicker. Our subtotal was $27. They have about 5-7 tables for 2 people (but can combine to seat 4 people) and a nice parking lot! The spot was fun to try, and it's nice knowing there's an option for meals you can grab and reheat at home. The food was fine and but nothing spectacular in my opinion, especially for the price... that, and customer service was a quite chilly today (felt like they wanted us to leave the whole time, yikes), so I'm not itching to return.“
“Staff speaks French, authentic French pâtisserie. My favorites were the sandwich au thon, et le pain aux raisin. The quality of the baguette for the sandwich was great and it was nice eating outside they even made homemade dog treats for my dog.“
“Every location that I’ve been to, always had a diverse group of ppl working, but mostly young people! Really good about getting the job done, but lack the sophistication of customer service beyond hello and thank you for coming. Which, I wish companies would stop enforcing that generic way of customer service. Most ppl just ignore them, which makes your employees feel pressured just to be on Ignore mode from the general public. I’d rather they say… do you have any questions about this week’s cookie? Real engagement and education! That’s my soapbox rant! Overall, Crumbl is one of my fav go to for a Chocolate Chip cookie and to try something different.Kid-friendliness: Just a curious place for kids to see the mixing of ingredients and the staff moving about in the kitchen.“

“This is a great local cafe in the area! There is plenty of seating and I love the vibes here. There are a lot of windows, so this cafe gets plenty of natural lighting. There's also outdoor seating too if the weather is nice enough outside to sit out there and enjoy it. There is also plenty of parking since the parking lot is big in this plaza. I have honestly not tried any of the bakery or food items here yet. I've only tried the vanilla latte (hot) and morning matcha latte (iced). Both drinks are delicious. The morning matcha latte typically comes with oat milk (unless you ask otherwise), and I felt like it made it taste really good. It wasn't overly sweet, but was sweet just enough for me. I liked how clean, modern, and spacious the cafe is. I will definitely be back to try out the food items some time!“
“This place is adorable. The cashier suggested the Pistachio Cake and I was a bit apprehensive but I had to try it and it was delicious. It was my first time tasting it and I absolutely loved it. I also bought a slice of red velvet and they were both super moist and delightful! The teacakes and hummingbird cupcake were both sinful. ?I will definitely be back to satisfy my sweethtooth“
“A magnificent French bakery with beautifully authentic and delicious offerings. We've had a variety of croissants, the mille feuille, opera cake... You'll be delighted by anything at Magnol. It gets busy, but they have an efficient process for moving the line quickly.“
“Before and After. This is long time coming. I truly enjoy my experience with Bianca. I sent her TikTok of my idea and she nailed it completely. I order my little cousin bday cake back in Nov and never saw a kid so happy with his cake. The cake was really tasty and frosting was to die for. Everyone enjoy they cake adults and kids to. It was perfect and Bianca truly works for you!“
“I like the vibe and everyone who works there is super friendly! It's a cute spot and the cookies are amazing. They are the kind of doughy type cookies so heads up if you like the crunchy type ones. They also have some very unique flavors like the campfire s'mores one.“
“It's the original and not to be duplicated by any other. A true staple of Houston and South Houston. Service is always on point, cleanliness at 100 and fast ordering. The coffee is fire. Get here early if you want to get a hold of those fajita kolaches. Those are bliss“
“We used Bavarian Cakery for our wedding and we were so happy with them! We had brownies, tiramisu cups, and a 4 tier cake all f which were delicious. We wanted the cake design to be simple and elegant and they executed perfectly with helpful design tips. All communication throughout the process was thorough and very helpful, and the delivery day of went off without a hitch!“
“I stopped by this place by chance the other day and I'm so glad I did! It's a nice bright and welcoming place that's perfect to stop by in the day. The whole place and people who helped me really made me feel at home. The quiche was great and no soggy crust! The red velvet was also really enjoyable but it felt just a little dry to me. I wasn't able to try anything else but I would love to come back and try more!“
“My husband and I were waiting on our table to be ready at Texas Roadhouse and decided to pop in here and pick up our desserts. You walk in and smell heaven. The lady that helped us was very friend and knowledgeable. They had about eight different types of cupcakes I wanted to try, but I narrowed it down to the Red Velvet and a Strawberry Swirl. My husband got a Brownie, 2 types of cookies, and a Triple Chocolate Cupcake. We haven't tried everything yet, but the things we've had so far were delicious!!We will definitely remember to stop here when we're in the area again.“
“This has to be the best baklava shop anywhere outside the Middle East and Turkey. I lived many years in the Middle East and Turkey so I speak from first-hand experience. I’ve tried baklava all over the US and Europe, with mixed results. But Suzie’s is consistently good, and each baklava variety is absolutely amazing. I recommend getting a sampling of several each time you go.Vegetarian options: It’s a dessert shop so they don’t serve any meat dishes.Parking: It’s a strip mall so plenty of parking.“
“We're Dough is a Mediterranean breakfast gem! Their menu boasts a delightful fusion of flavors, from savory pastries to sweet options. With cozy ambiance and friendly service, it's the perfect spot to start your day with authentic Mediterranean cuisine.“
“I dropped in here because it’s next to my doctor’s office. I tried the alpha ho, a latte flavored with coconut and dulce de leche. It was yummy and the flavors blended together perfectly. The owner was genuinely friendly and helpful. I’ll return to try the chocolate-covered strawberries, which looked delicious!“
“I can't say I'm exactly a kolache expert, but these are definitely the best kolaches I've ever had! We came in on a Saturday morning around 10am, and they were still fully stocked. I ordered a brisket, egg, cheese, & jalapeño kolache, a small sausage kolache, and a S'mores kolache. The savory ones were heated up upon request, free of charge. The brisket kolache was heavenly--such rich flavors and well-stuffed, too. The S'mores kolache was perfectly sweet. I thought all the prices were very fair and the service was quick and friendly. And just FYI, it is a small shop with no chairs/tables, so take-out only. Overall, highly recommend!“
“Warm, friendly, but efficient service from staff that know their jobs !! Delicious warmed croissants served with excellent coffee.Easy walk from west Dallas Street made me visit 4 times in my 1 month stay in Houston .Will miss you guys once I head back to South Africa.“
“I have driven by this place a few times, today we ate out and wanted a little treat. This place was open on Easter so we popped in. The lady that helped us is the owner, she stated her husband was the one that made the puddings. It was a little overwhelming for me only because I have only tasted plain bread pudding in the past. She explained the different kinds and recommended sauces for the puddings as there are a variety to choose from. We ordered 3 different kinds, the Banana foster and white chocolate bread puddings were our absolute favorites, we paired the Banana foster with the Rum cream and the white chocolate with the white chocolate, I had a coffee with mine and it was delicious. You can also order half a pan and/or a whole pan and takes about 2 days. I will definitely come back! These puddings are so satisfying, great service and the seating area is clean and modern. Great atmosphere. I look forward to trying the other flavors.“
