“Highly recommended wedding and event bakery! I didn’t think I’d enjoy cake tasting until I went with my then fiancé to pick a cake for our wedding. From setting up the appointment to being there making the selections then the follow through by Cakes by Gina, we were impressed and well taken care of from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and eager to make your vision come true. All the various samples along with champagne, it was truly a very good experience. The cost was reasonable and the cake in the end was better than even the sample. Getting there was a bit painful only because we came from the opposite side of town. Cake delivery to the venue happened without an issue. Overall, probably our favorite vendor through this experience. “This place is adorable. The cashier suggested the Pistachio Cake and I was a bit apprehensive but I had to try it and it was delicious. It was my first time tasting it and I absolutely loved it. I also bought a slice of red velvet and they were both super moist and delightful! The teacakes and hummingbird cupcake were both sinful. ?I will definitely be back to satisfy my sweethtooth“
“My husband and I were waiting on our table to be ready at Texas Roadhouse and decided to pop in here and pick up our desserts.You walk in and smell heaven. The lady that helped us was very friend and knowledgeable.They had about eight different types of cupcakes I wanted to try, but I narrowed it down to the Red Velvet and a Strawberry Swirl. My husband got a Brownie, 2 types of cookies, and a Triple Chocolate Cupcake. We haven't tried everything yet, but the things we've had so far were delicious!!We will definitely remember to stop here when we're in the area again.“

We got the oreo cake ball which was so moist and yummy, but the star of the show was their strawberry macaroons. It was absolutely phenomenal! “Services is superior because the cook greets you with a hug. I purchased the chitterlings and pig feet with cornbread dressing and macaroni and cheese. It was delicious. The second time I went, I had pig feet. This is definitely the best homecooking and soul food that I have had in Houston.“

“Good. Friendly service. Four stars because they only serve strawberry cupcakes on a certain day and to my understanding it isn't a plain strawberry cupcake but like a strawberry truffle or chocolate mousse cupcake. I got the red velvet mini cupcake which was a little over $2.00. I ate it in one bite. Good but wouldn't be running to return here. Parking is great because they have their own dedicated lot.“

From the beautiful cakes, to the delicious macarons, and the custom sugar cookies, there’s nothing they can’t do! I’ve used their cakes for my gender reveal, baby shower, baby’s first birthday and now gearing up for my baby’s second birthday and I already know who will be in charge of making that cake! “I ran in right before it closed. It's my first time here but I have always seen it and someone bought me a cookie from here. The cookie was so good and not too sweet so when I was in the area, I had to try more. The lady behind the counter helped other patrons and then came to help me. She was patient with me because I couldn't decide. I ended up getting 4 cupcakes (berry, red velvet, Oreo, and she recommended the carrot cake.) I also got cookies (they had TMNT), and I got a piece of their pound cake. It's cute inside and there are tables to sit and eat at. I can't wait to go again and try more items!“

“My husband picked me up a couple of beautiful small cakes from Cupcakes and a Smile today. I don't typically indulge but I couldn't resist. The strawberry cupcake was incredibly moist and perfectly balanced, topped with a cream cheese frosting that wasn't overwhelming. Delicious and decorated so adorably for V-day. I can't wait to share the chocolate cake!“
“Why 5 stars? Because after far too long, I finally made it here, and it was worth the wait. --- --- --- I discovered Crumbville over a year ago and it just never worked out for me to stop in and visit. Despite it not being super close by where we at lunch, I made it a point that it finally had to happen. And why did I wait so long?? When we first walked in, there was a line of people waiting to pay for what they'd picked out. But, the owner, despite being busy with all of these people, still greeted us and was going over all of the different options in the store, while she was ringing up people in line. When we made it to the front of the line, she could not have possibly been a friendlier human. It's no wonder the reviews here are so amazing, because even if you don't absolutely love the goodies, you can't help but enjoy coming in here. As for what we bought: Mayniac Munch = 4.5 stars. Red velvet, chocolate chip pecan cookie dough & oreos. This was solid when we snacked on a couple bites in the car, but so amazing when we got home and heated it up a little bit. Best of Both Worlds = 4.5 stars. Fudge brownie topped with chocolate chip pecan cookie dough and cream cheese. This was my wife's choice and something I wasn't super excited about. But I took one bite and next thing I knew, I had eaten half of it! Butter ThickHER Thana Snicker = 5 stars. Moist Butter cake with our Signature ThickHER Thana Snicker cookie (rich chocolate dough filled with peanuts, chocolate, Caramel, nougats & popcorn) baked inside. This was absolutely stupid good. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. How about 15? The icing was amazing too. And the best part was that I didn't feel awful after eating it. I don't know what she puts in this stuff to not give me an immediate stomach ache full of regret afterward, like most baked goods, but it's heaven. I will not wait 14 months to make my next visit, I promise you that.“
