“We used Alchemy Bake Lab for our daughters wedding May 21, 2022. They were so easy to work with. Kady created the beautiful wedding cake and an absolutely gorgeous dessert bar to go with it. You would have thought our guests had not eaten in a month the way they mobbed the dessert bar. Since the wedding I have received call after call asking who did the desserts. “Tammy's cakes are so good! We LOVED the Texas Melon flavor and decided to order it for our wedding due to its unique and amazing taste. However, we were somewhat disappointed that the cake didn't entirely consist of the Texas Melon flavor as we had ordered. While the cake was still delicious, some layers deviated from the Texas Melon. Upon reaching out, Tammy promptly acknowledged the error and refunded us $100, adhering to their contract's limitation on refunds. She also generously offered a free cake for one of our future birthdays or celebrations to make amends. Despite the deviation from our initial order, Tammy's acknowledgment of the mistake and efforts to remedy it were commendable. We wholeheartedly recommend Cakes by Tammy Allen!“
