The crust is perfectly crisp and flavorful, the sauce has just the right balance, and the toppings always taste fresh and generous. You can tell they take pride in what they make. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the overall vibe is really welcoming — great for families or a casual night out. Every pizza I’ve tried has been spot on, but the Big Don’s and Margherita are my go-tos. Highly recommend this place if you want consistently great pizza with excellent service. It’s easily one of the best pizza spots in Cypress! 🍕”

As we approached the door to the Denny’s he turned looked at us and flashed two fingers from through the doors (confirming a table for 2). As we walked in he had the menus in hand and seated us right away. What service! He was on the ball while pleasant and efficient. For any management that may see this review, I highly recommend Sergio (was not provided a surname) for promotion. Great server! Go Sergio! The fact that I haven’t been to Denny’s in several years this was a great experience. Our chocolate pancake balls that we had as a snack were hot and fresh and super yummy. I told both managers on duty of this experiences.”

“I had an issue with missing items in my order and contacted the restaurant the same evening we noticed. Management promptly assured me the matter would be resolved the following day. Due to the distance from the location, I was unable to return the next day and came in a few days later instead.
The team members on duty were extremely courteous. They informed me they would notify management and went ahead and remade the order for me without hesitation. Although it was more than a few days later, they honored their commitment and ensured I was taken care of.

“Gorgeous restaurant serving gorgeous food. What better place to gather with my gorgeous friends than Annam? We enjoyed two different martinis: Ca Phe (coffee/espresso) and Lychee. To start, we had the fisherman's soup, which was light yet flavorful, and the pork jowl lettuce wraps which were rich, meaty, and complexly savory. We then had the Fried Whole Branzino, which was both visually and gustatorily stunning. It was crispy and well seasoned, with meaty flesh that was elevated by the bed of fresh vegetables and accompanying fish sauce. Also delicious were the Shitake Mushrooms in a Clay Pot, with its umami-rich sauce. Less exciting were the Shaking Filet Mignon (wonderfully tender, but it lacked flavor,) and the Skull Island Chili Garlic Prawns (underwhelming.) Dessert was mixed bag. I loved the Dubai Chocolate Mousse Cake but didn't care for the Coconut Pandan Mousse Cake. Service was excellent! Our server, in particular, was congenial, incredibly friendly yet professional and spot- on with her menu knowledge and recommendations. Our group was impressed, overall, and will be sure to return.”

“Awesome little place! Very clean inside & the service was great! This was my first time here with my brother. First, they brought us some of the best Boracho beans that I’ve ever had! And they also brought us homemade chips that are fried their daily and some sauces and little squeeze bottles. You can dip your chips in the Barracho beans and they are so so good! My brother ordered the chimichanga and it was huge! He couldn’t even finish it and he’s a big guy. His chimichanga had shredded beef in it. I ordered the chilaquillas with fajita chicken on them & they were so incredible! I was sad I couldn’t finish them all! The service was top notch & the food was amazing. I will DEFINITELY be back.”

“I stopped by IHOP to pick up a breakfast order, only to realize that I had accidentally placed it at a different IHOP location instead of the one near Fry Road and Highway 290 where I went for pickup.
Thankfully, James, the gentleman who greeted me, was incredibly understanding and helpful. He immediately explained that my order had been placed at another location, but without hesitation he told me he would be happy to prepare my order right there. In less than 10 minutes, my breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready to go.
It's becoming harder to find places that consistently offer both great food and genuinely exceptional customer service. James turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a wonderful one with his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.

“Matty's Patty's came out for a corporate event. The menu was limited in our case, however, the burgers were very good, fresh buns and veggies, flavorful well seasoned meat. Fries were good, and well seasoned.
The gentleman who owns the truck was friendly and personable. I brought leftovers home and apparently my husband had been looking for Matty's Patty's for years, as he used to eat at the original one as a young'un. So I foresee a future visit. Pics aren't the best, but that's because the food got ate quickly.”
