“My friend from Oklahoma and I met at your location in Fort Worth last Saturday for lunch before we went to the Modern Art Museum and we both had the Mother Nature burger bowl which turned out to be fantastic! This was very diabetic friendly meal I've ever enjoyed! I hope to be back someday again. Thank you for a great meal!“

“we haven't had too many issues...but we were shorted a burger from our family deal earlier tonight. my husband is the only one who has special tastes with his burger, and they didn't include his. (no condiments or pickles, and extra cheese) I'm very disappointed because they haven't messed up our orders at all since we have been there. 😕“

“This Burger King is in Cypress, TX NOT Katy! It is co-located with a Shell gas station and convenience store. Nice and clean with several wall-mounted flat screen TVs with the volume turned down so as not to be intrusive. You can take care of multiple needs with a single stop here!“

“Never knew about this hidden gem just 15 minutes from my house in the katy/cypress area. Valerie was very friendly and knowledgeable. The crawfish had a great flavor, I recommend the spicy garlic. The chicken fried chicken lunch special with their scratch made country gravy was peppery and delicious. Also had a nice chat with the owner Adrian 10/10 would definitely recommend to everybody.“

“I stopped by IHOP to pick up a breakfast order, only to realize that I had accidentally placed it at a different IHOP location instead of the one near Fry Road and Highway 290 where I went for pickup.
Thankfully, James, the gentleman who greeted me, was incredibly understanding and helpful. He immediately explained that my order had been placed at another location, but without hesitation he told me he would be happy to prepare my order right there. In less than 10 minutes, my breakfast was hot, fresh, and ready to go.
It's becoming harder to find places that consistently offer both great food and genuinely exceptional customer service. James turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a wonderful one with his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
Thank you, IHOP, for hiring amazing people like James. Employees like him truly make a difference, and I'll definitely be coming back!“
“I love this place the food the appetizers, deserts and the agua frescas are absolutely delicious! They have good portion sizes. Me and my family eat here all the time and we are never disappointed. The people who work here are always so kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this place! ❤️“

“I had an issue with missing items in my order and contacted the restaurant the same evening we noticed. Management promptly assured me the matter would be resolved the following day. Due to the distance from the location, I was unable to return the next day and came in a few days later instead.
The team members on duty were extremely courteous. They informed me they would notify management and went ahead and remade the order for me without hesitation. Although it was more than a few days later, they honored their commitment and ensured I was taken care of.
I've noticed that all team members are consistently helpful, attentive, and respectful. The level of customer service here is excellent. Thank you for standing behind your product and your
customers.“
