“Well, what can I say? This is the first location I've ever seen without the carports. Which makes it difficult to confirm your in-app purchase at the drive-through at the point it says to pick a stall number. The food was great, as always. Every family member finished everything they got. The prices are still reasonable. The service is great. This was the first time I had someone bring my food out when I was 2nd from the window. I've seen them do it before. So maybe do what I did, and leave a little more space between you and the car in front of you. Because I guarantee that someone else is going to pull up behind you. And if they bring your food out to you and you're too close, you're stuck. Finally, for the atmosphere: I can't really say much about that, being that it's mainly a drive-through. They have a few outside seats. They're connected to a gas station.“

“Gas station was actively closing as we arrived. Pumps were all taped off and they were taping off the doors. Disappointing since we were hoping to get snacks and such in the convenience store.Did use the public restrooms which were better than most gas station bathrooms. Nice to have individual stalls with their own real door, although the lights were broken in many of them.Ate at McDonald's. Food was exactly what you'd expect, and service was slow due to a huge influx of customers (probably others who just wanted snacks). The workers were all doing their best and working hard, so no complaints.“

“This place is the SLOWEST fast food place in the Brook without a doubt, but it’s not the workers fault. It’s whoever manages this place. You schedule 1 person in the kitchen and 1 person taking orders. Shame on whoever runs this place. The person at the window is nice and the kitchen is clearly overly worked since they are literally alone. Manager should be fired by the regional manager. I suggest keeping cars at the window until the food is ready to expose the clear need for more workers so whoever is the boss of this so called “manager” can see these atrocious wait times. I mean come on. A party of 5 walks in and orders, 8 orders coming in from Uber Eats and then the drive thru on top of that and you expect 1 guy in the kitchen to handle that? Shame on this clown of a manager.5 stars for the workers struggling back there . No stars for the management“
