“Ate there Saturday. Burgers were good and wife had a Salad which was also good. Got pretty crowded for a bit. Everyone was friendly. Bellville is a small farm community with very friendly people.“

We've been to other DQ and We've explained that my son is highly allergic to eggs and dairy and we order just a beef patty and fries. Other locations always sells us this with a smile. This locations right when we drove up to the drive through was met with rude customer service and when we asked for the order they simple just said No. Supposedly the manager said no that they cant sell just the beef patty so qe went with just the chicken patty. Then when asked for payment they took our payment and rudely told us to go to the second window and when we received our order they just gave us the order and closed the window. They did not even ask if I wanted to talk eith the manager to see if this was also going on at other locations so I would've bother stopping. Rude service and felt like I was a burden to this employees and thats not want a customer wants to feel when going to an establishment. Horrible. Why not take a highly allergy customer seriously.“
