“I've worked out in Bellville for about a year and a half now and tried just about everywhere. Uncle Bill's is THE BEST place to stop for just about anything. Burgers, Sandwiches, Pizza, you name it.

The owner and his crew have been so good to me and anyone I have brought in with me. The food is always fresh, they ALL know how to cook. Not just make things, actually cook. They are even willing to modify just about anything on the menu as well.

“We picked up a live bag this morning. Hands down the best sack we've ever had. Little to no grass, nice huge sizes, and out of the 34lb we only had 1 dead crawfish! The response time was incredible when we reached out yesterday morning!! Just super recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!”

But to my surprise it was a small town burger place.AND..A snobby lady at front counter that ignores you while she moves around some dusty candy bags. As if she hopes you will go away.Burger/fries was good ??”

“Decided to make a pit stop here because of the reviews and we were hungry. Really glad we decided to give them a try. The sauces and chips were average with the green sauce being the better of the two. The chips are thick and crunchy, no broken chips in the queso with these beaties. The queso was average but good. Now the meals themselves were on a whole other level, my son as always ordered the Cheese Enchilade dinner. Served with refried beans and rice which are better than most. The enchiladas were on the xtra large size and were about as perfect as a cheese enchilada could ever hope to be. I had the Fajitas Al A Mexicana combo for one. Served with rice, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and home made flour tortillas. It was a solid half pound of fajitas if not more. The chicken was good but the beef was awesome, super tender with a Pastor influenced marinade accompanied with sizzling onions, poblano peppers, and tomatoes. The home made flour tortillas were good and larger than most places, about 7". Customer service was spot on, prices were about average. No complaints at all, give them a try.”

“Tacos were decent. My toddler likes bean tacos with flour tortillas. She ate the entire taco. The barbacoa taco was good but the bistec tacos were just ok. The lady working was super nice and helpful. We were halfway through some of our tacos and forgot to take pictures. The bistec tacos was the only picture we took.”

“I pass through here for work and Googled “tacos” and it sent me here. I wasn’t expecting the food, flavors, and friendliness I got. I got the bistec and pastor tacos with both salsas and they were beyond what that small trailer looked like they could do. I highly recommend this spot and will hit it up every time I’m passing through Bellville.”
