Food is absolutely amazing! We got to try the new pork belly tacos and they were to die for! We tried a wide variety of things including the Texas Trinity, the Egg rolls, and the banana pudding and I can confidently say there is not a single bad thing on the menu. The Jalapeño apple sauce is life changing!

Bird’s Barbecue is a favorite spot for BBQ and crawfish. The moist, tender, and flavorful brisket is excellent, as is the small link sausage. Must-try items include the yummy Texas Twinkies, perfect potato salad, and the brisket egg rolls. The Borracho beans are a pleasant surprise. There are outdoor tables and an indoor area with air conditioning. It is BYOB, but they have sodas for sale. Reasonable prices and a top-notch experience make it a great choice for any BBQ fan.
