“Sunday we actually received the correct order, but there were complaints that the burgers tasted bland. Half eaten onion rings. The shakes are usually a hit with my kids. For the price, I expect everyone in my party to like their food. For three hamburger meals for my teenagers it's $42.“

“On September 7, 2026 my mom and I ordered online. One was a plain smashburger with ketchup and the other was a smashburger with ketchup, smash sauce, pickles, and lettuce. Instead we got 2 cheeseburgers with just ketchup. Also our drink was just ice and hardly any soda in it.“
