“The pork was super tasty. The quesadilla and tacos were fantastic. The smell is wonderful. Too much onion. The food was really salty. Good prices. They only take cash though, so it took me months to finally get around to checking them out. So glad I did!“

“The staff and food are both amazing. We will definitely come back again“
“Highly recommend Taco Planet! The food is amazing and the staff is so nice and friendly - very thorough and accommodating. Greeted with smiles and conversations as you’re ordering your food. Ordered the spicy chicken tacos and they were beyond what I imagined!! The lady was really nice and gave me extra sides of the spicy sauce as well. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Definitely the best in all of Houston, there are no tacos like these anywhere.
I spend 45 minutes each time but I don't care because I know I will leave happy and satisfied.
I hope that Don Beto never changes the proportion and quality like other tacarias who only serve clients and begin to reduce the quality of the taco ?“

“The owner Carlos was really nice and very friendly. We tried taco pastor, polo and bistek (beef). They are all really good along with the condiments and sauces (spicy). The price is very reasonable. We will try their cubano sandwich next time....“

“We love little hole in the wall, mom and pop type restaurants. This is a family run business. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but boy, let me tell you, they are so so busy! You can tell the local neighborhoods are there often. It was our first time and we were just trying to find a place that was open since Hurricane Beryl knocked our city out. We decided to try this place because he had both seen it in passing multiple times while driving in the area and both had made mental notes to ourselves that we wanted to check it out. We are so glad we did! The food was amazing! The price on the tacos seems a bit much, but they definitely give you your money's worth. The queso was very good, they have infused Margaritas that are to die for delicious! My husband is very picky. He ordered some flautas not knowing they would be topped in cream and queso fresco which he hates both of those things. They also have a large variety of birria foods and they served his flautas with birria. He actually gave it a try, crema, birria and all and he loved it! I tried a Mulita which is basically a mini quesadilla and it was also very yummy. I ordered the Mango infused Margarita with a chamoy rim and my husband got a mixed berry margarita with regular salt rim. They were amazing and went down so easy. Very dangerous. LoL. They also give you an array of salsas to choose from when they deliver the chips to your table and they are careful to point out which one is the Habanero so you don't accidentally burn your mouth. ? For being one of the only places open after a Hurricane and being as busy as they were with walk ins AND pick up orders, the service was still pretty great! We did have to wait a bit for someone to come around when it got towards bill time, but all the ladies worked together to serve everyone in the restaurant so they have a great team and that was pleasant to see. We did order some dessert. I was so excited about my Tres Leches cake that I forgot to take a picture, but it was delicious. Even my husband thought so and he does not care for Tres Leches, at all. He ordered an off menu dessert that one of the ladies told him about. A Peach Cheesecake. They did kinda forget about it, so we ended up asking for them to make it to go since we had been done for a while and my husband was ready to go. He did eat it once we got home and it was different for sure. I did also forget to take a picture of it, but it was like a little tart more than a slice and there were slices of fresh peach on top. It was well presented and he devoured every bite. He didn't even offer me any. We did spend a lot more money than we would have expected in a taco spot ? but all-in-all it was a great on the fly decision and we will definitely be going back!“

“Wife and I travelled to the Houston area to visit our daughter and family. Being big fans of Food Network, we knew we wanted to check out Rosehill, and are so glad we did! We visited on a Saturday early afternoon and found six food trucks up & running. Being from Washington State, I opted for (Who Dats) crawfish and sausage, and finished with a (Mild, cuz I'm a wussie) sandwich from Roslyn's Hot Chicken-- all was great! The rest of the family had a wonderful pizza and a variety of dishes from the Turkish food truck. By far, the most "raves" came from those who dined from Eddie's Burgers (my wife said it was "life-changing", and one granddaughter told the owner it was "better than Guy's", which brought a big smile to the face of Eddie Jackson himself, who happened to be paying a visit that afternoon. The kids enjoyed the playground and we all agreed that a return visit was certainly in the near future!“

“So I’m taking away a star for the first photo with the pupusas, bc they don’t serve that. Their burrito Al pastor was fire, but their green sauce was way too spicy….and I eat hot Indian food. I will definitely be back soon. I wanna try and lol their items. They ONLY take CASH so be aware. There is an ATM in the convenient store they are located next to.“

“We love the donut shack! Donuts are always fresh and delicious - if you haven’t tried the blueberry cake, you’re missing out! Kolaches are the soft slightly sweet bread type and the boudin jalapeño is hands down the best. Family owned and always welcoming friendly smiles and greetings.“
“On my life this place has some of the BEST tacos, but good lord i don't know who made the jalapeño sauce this time but i am on the toilet fighting a battle for my life right now ?????. Food was amazing but man am I paying the price for it today.“

“The food is so good, very authentic and love that everything is made fresh, including the corn and flour tortillas. Their salsa comes in mild or spicy and is served warm. The staff makes you feel right at home.“
