CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I found a piece of long hair in my guacamole. Mind you my hair is short, The “manager” refused to give a new one because she claimed all her workers worn hair nets and it was no way that could’ve happened. This is ridiculous. They do not prioritize the customers needs or satisfaction. I would never spend my money here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
the guy taking my order at the katy food truck was very rude. i wouldn't recommend this place.

Based on the reviews, Taco Fuego is a small, quaint spot with excellent food. The quesobirria tacos are delicious and the consome is very flavorful, though a little oily. The shrimp tacos, shrimp birria taco, and beef fajita tacos are all very good, full of flavor with excellent serving sizes. The queso and chip seasoning is amazing, and the green sauce does not disappoint. The staff is kind, pleasant, and goes out of their way to make customers feel welcome. It is a great place to eat, a little bit pricey but worth it. A customer mentioned being told they could only have two sauces before being charged, which was a complaint.
