Pho Guru, formerly Pho Town 2, serves fresh and delicious food with big portions and no skimping on the meat. The ribeye pho is the best pho ever, full of flavor, and the broth is rich, hot, and savory with real depth and quality—not watered down. The meatball and brisket pho features incredibly tender meat, and the seasoning on the beef for the bahn mi is incredible. Other menu items include spring rolls, vermicelli bowl with shrimp, pork and chicken with egg roll, and a side of bone marrow. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable, cool, and relaxing. The consistency is absolutely incredible, with the same great flavor even for takeout. This fantastic place deserves more community support, and customers will definitely keep coming back.
