Got takeout from Pho Guru today and tried the veggie pho. The portion was generous, and the pho was hot, flavorful, and really satisfying. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Definitely a great option for a quick and delicious meal!
my new fav vietnamese spot. their chicken is better than other spots i’ve had. other spots i’ve visited are good too but i love the flavor profile on this chicken here even more. beef pho broth was delicious. spring rolls of pork and beef were also yummy. i will come back!
First time trying here because our usual spot, Pho Bo & Bambu, was closed for Labor Day. This place did not disappoint! I appreciate how organized their to-go was when I opened it at home. Their Pho broth was delicious & rich. Their Bun Bo Hue had a perfect kick of spice without the overbearing lemon grass flavor. Their portion is generous (especially their meat). Pho Guru, formerly Pho Town 2, serves fresh and delicious food with big portions and no skimping on the meat. The ribeye pho is the best pho ever, full of flavor, and the broth is rich, hot, and savory with real depth and quality—not watered down. The meatball and brisket pho features incredibly tender meat, and the seasoning on the beef for the bahn mi is incredible. Other menu items include spring rolls, vermicelli bowl with shrimp, pork and chicken with egg roll, and a side of bone marrow. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is comfortable, cool, and relaxing. The consistency is absolutely incredible, with the same great flavor even for takeout. This fantastic place deserves more community support, and customers will definitely keep coming back.
