“Today was my first time to Jon Smith subs, and it was SO GOOD that I had to write a review! It’s super clean on inside, and the service was great. Asked the employee about the cajun cheesesteak, and she said that it’s a favorite…so I decided to order it. Also with the fries, she said I can do cajun, garlic, or a mix of both flavors. I took her advice on that as well, and ordered the mix flavor. The sandwich was amazing - soft roll, perfectly flavored meat, peppers & sauces…I inhaled it, wishing that I ordered a bigger size. The fries were the best I’ve had in a long time, seasoned so well! I’m so glad I tried this place, I definitely plan to be a regular!!!??“

“This location is the best I have been to so far. We came here during the hurricane, it being one of the only fast food places open and the line was backed up on the feeder road and in the parking lot in the shopping strip. It took an hour to get through but the manager was very helpful in trying to get the cars off the road and he was really there for his employees. Had this place been ran by slackers I believe it would have taken double the time. I will definitely be coming back, very impressed!“

“Chick-fil-a is know for their food and customer service but this location goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and staff. It’s the little things like putting a trash can at the entrance and exit of the drive thru to providing cooling stations in the summer. They really know their customer and do their best to accommodate them and it’s appreciated.“

“Late lunch, stopped for a quick break in Cypress. The food was hot and the quality was better than my recent In and Out experiences. The lunch rush was winding down, yet the place was very clean.

“Audrey was the absolute best my Co worker told me to try it and I did. I asked the server name Audrey what was the difference and I can tell she was being honest I was already in the store so she wasn't trying to sell me anything. Subway lost a customer and Jersey Sub gain one. The best tuna sub I ever had. The customer service was just as good. I've never taken the time to call a fast food or any restaurant to tell her she was right. Audrey way to go!!“

“Good service and clean restaurant located in a strip center. My sandwich was good (forgot to take photos) and the toppings were fresh. Subway no longer has black olives. All stores have discontinued that topping. They must be the only sandwich shop who sells the Miss Vickie’s Spicy Pickle chips. I only see them at Subway. They are spicy, but oh so good!“

“This has actually got to be the absolute BEST Arby's I have visited NATIONALLY.Food AAA+Cleanliness AAA+Atmosphere AAA+Bathrooms AA+Service AAA+ thanks to the friendly cashier, MannyOrder ID AAV95L6CACA8I will be coming back here often, it has been years since I have visited Arby's and this location has more than stepped up the fast food game. BRAVO, good value with all the bells and whistles.Again did I mention the staff was great, not to mention the food, try the Mint Chocolate Shake, spit on great.

“Food is consistent, just like most Chick-fil-A locations. Always hot, good, and fast. Staff is on point. My order is always correct, without issues. I always use the drive thru, which is mostly fast and efficient. I've had a few issues in the drive thru, though. Once the drive thru staff couldn't figure out how to input the order of the car infront of me, which resulted in me being stuck in a line alot longer than I should of been, cars in other lanes flew by as I was stuck. In their defense, I think that person was new. The other times cars waiting on food in front of the pick up area of line had huge orders and blocked everyone else in line after we all had already gotten our orders, staff had to come out and tell them to move. Besides those encounters, it's a great location.“

“I eat from Wendy's alot. This particular Wendy's breakfast is the best in the Houston Metro area. The food at breakfast time is always hot and fresh, and the service is prompt and fast. I wonder how they're able to accomplish both at the same time. They're really good!“

“This Burger King is in Cypress, TX NOT Katy! It is co-located with a Shell gas station and convenience store. Nice and clean with several wall-mounted flat screen TVs with the volume turned down so as not to be intrusive. You can take care of multiple needs with a single stop here!“

Service- kinda slow, todo Español so conversing was uhh
Atmosphere- cool country outdoor sitting area w country music
Burger- I mean. Ok it was good but for a "wagyu/smash" no its not upto par. No crust. Burger not much flavor but it was juicy. Overall 7/10. Imo*
I would come back if i was in the area but pjs eatery and hop doddy smash burgers im cypress would be my 1,2 choices w this #3.

“I came to visit just after a storm knocked out my power, I was tired and hungry and the place and drive thru were packed. I just knew it was going to take forever. To my relief the young man behind the counter greeted me kindly , took my families order and got our out in a timely manner. Thanks young man for saving my might and thank you @tacobell #enchirito“

“I love the Jersey Mike's on Grant Rd. in Cypress. The staff is always has great energy, helpful, and welcoming! The food is much better than other chain sub shops. Fresh not frozen veggies. Great deli meat and cheeses. The family loves this shop!“

“I'm so glad to have one of these in the area. Just moved to Cypress and went here twice while going from my old apartment to my new home while working in the heat.
Only tried the drivethrough as I needed to get to other places with times, but each time, the attendants at the window were nice, courteous, and patient.
Had the dipped cone, large sodas, and fresh fried onion rings. They seem welcoming, so I'll have to go inside at some point for a quick sit-down lunch.

“A great little spot to eat at.We got the beef chili hot dog with everything except sauerkraut.I’m not usually going for hot dogs, this one hit the spot. It was large enough to share with my spouse!The elder Hispanic lady that took and made our order had a wonderful energy, I hope she is being taken care of by Franky’s Hot Dogs. “There is a large number of things I can say regarding this location specifically! First things first... the employees in the afternoon shift are remarkably kind and friendly! They are also really nice to hold a conversation with too. Furthermore, the first time I went into this subway... am Employee who was serving me after I ordered the Pepperoni and Cheese Dipper recommended me a specific kind of sauce after I was clearly uncertain of what sauces to try as it was my very first time being in a Subway just in general! Regardless... she was kind and gave a really solid recommendation! I quite liked that sauce, and although I cannot remember its name specifically... I can at least remember how it tasted! I would also like to point out that the afternoon employees are also great listeners too when it comes to a customer making an order. In short... I think they are very cool individuals! I strongly recommend this place if you'd like to order some stuff! You don't have to order an entire sandwich... you can just order small things like cookies, a dipper, and some other stuff! Last but not least... the drinks are nice. I like them. They're very refreshing when it comes to the job I must do out there in the sun! Gotta say, though... I'll most definitely miss this place when my temporary job is up, but at least I'll carry on in life with such memories of this place.

“I don't know if they changed management or what, but for the past, about six months, the service has been lacking. They take over ten minutes to get your food out. Also, a lot of the time, they give you a to go bag, even if you tell them it's dine in supposedly because they ran out of trays, even though one time there were only about five other people there.“

The food has been great, and if there is ever a problem they are always apologetic and eager to fix mistakes. If I have a choice of any Sonic in this area, I will go out of my way to purchase from this location. Even if it can be difficult and confusing to drive into.“

“This place is the best. The workers are all very professional and the sandwiches are built quickly. Every time I go to another Jersey Mike’s location it’s so painful because the quality of employees everywhere else around here seems to be “extremely lacking” to put it nicely. “I have gone carnivor since February 2024. At most hamburger places, It is difficult to order hamburger without buns and veggies. At Whataburger, you can order plain hamburger patties and they will bring them in a container that makes it easy to eat them with a knife and fork. I loved Whataburger before carnivor and I still to now.“

“The manager Jack was so incredibly sweet. There was a miscommunication where they thought I had asked them to bring it out to me where I waited for my order. They didn’t see me so when I went in to pick it up - they made me another cheese bread so it would be hot. Didn’t have to do that but I appreciate it. There was a really cute black guy that was working as well and he was super nice as well. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he’s working the night shift on 5.30.24 until close. Customer service is so hard to come by especially from younger people it seems. Not the case here and I like to recognize it when I see it.
