“I wish they had a 5 star category option for friendliness as well but WOW. We decided to venture a bit further out of our normal dinner radius to celebrate our 24th anniversary with some great brick oven pizza and we were not disappointed. Every bite was perfect from the texture of the thick mozzarella to the non acidic perfectly seasoned sauce to the most important part to me....the crust. I stole my wife's crust handles to mop up some extra sauce and parmesan. We finished off with a Tiramisu and the limoncello cake and they were both amazing. We will be making this a regular stop in our dinner rotation feom now on because as you know.... if you are reading this review... it is very difficult to sort through the amount of pizza places in Houston to find one that is truly exceptional.“

So i did change my stats and it was very irritating but i get that systems crash and they couldn't have called us I would suggest calling and making sure your order is good to pickup if your traveling from somewhere not close just to be safe. We will try another day to order and do a pickup because we do love papa murphys pizza.

verified the time it closes ordered online an order over 50& for 3 pizzas got there at 730. 30 minutes before closing and they were closed and cleaning the facility. basically drove 30 minutes to get pizza for no reason. and back so an hour.“

“My son took me there for my birthday yesterday, we enjoyed the food and the customer service was great, it’s near by my house I will definetly go back to enjoy the delicious meals there.“

“The manager Jack was so incredibly sweet. There was a miscommunication where they thought I had asked them to bring it out to me where I waited for my order. They didn’t see me so when I went in to pick it up - they made me another cheese bread so it would be hot. Didn’t have to do that but I appreciate it. There was a really cute black guy that was working as well and he was super nice as well. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he’s working the night shift on 5.30.24 until close. Customer service is so hard to come by especially from younger people it seems. Not the case here and I like to recognize it when I see it.
Hope corporate sees this and lets them know it’s appreciated. Thanks again- if I could do more than 5 stars I would - thanks“

“This was for delivery. Called and spoke to a super friendly person named Luke. He answered all my questions and even told me that I could get a discount on my order if I placed it online. Ordered online and my pizza was delivered hot, fresh and EXACTLY as ordered (including well done crust)... here's the big thing.. The driver was at my door in less than 20 minutes on Saturday evening at 6:00. WHAAATT???Excellent service and good pizza. What else can you ask for?“

“First visit here. Chose it after reading all the positive reviews and was glad I did. I had the Hawaiian and the wife had the veggie. This might have been the best pizza I’ve had. We went during off hours (2ish PM) and maybe got a little special treatment because the service was above average and we didn’t wait long for our food.

Also tried the bread sticks with sauce and Cannolis. Both were excellent.

The inside seating area was small but adequate. There is outside seating as well.

Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.“
