“I had their pepperoni and vegetable pizza catered to a party and it was such a cool experience. They bring their own pizza oven and make individual pizzas however you like. The pizzas only take a few minutes each to cook and were so delicious! Also, there are many options, not just vegetarian. They were very friendly and professional as well. I would definitely recommend them for your next party or get together!“

“Ordered a pizza one morning at work (about 9am) for pickup that afternoon at 4pm. Upon getting there, my pizza was not ready. Staff was nice, but basically said "you sure you picked the right location"? They did not really try to look for my order at all and just assumed I was the issue. I pulled out my phone and showed them my order confirmation email to which they went to the back. . . returned and apologized and said they had a computer issue. None the less, they dropped everything and made me my order and it was delicious. I will put Papa Murphy's pizza up against any other chain pizza place and I enjoy being able to take it home and cook it when I want to. I will be back!“

“The manager Jack was so incredibly sweet. There was a miscommunication where they thought I had asked them to bring it out to me where I waited for my order. They didn’t see me so when I went in to pick it up - they made me another cheese bread so it would be hot. Didn’t have to do that but I appreciate it. There was a really cute black guy that was working as well and he was super nice as well. I am sorry, I didn’t get his name but he’s working the night shift on 5.30.24 until close. Customer service is so hard to come by especially from younger people it seems. Not the case here and I like to recognize it when I see it.
Hope corporate sees this and lets them know it’s appreciated. Thanks again- if I could do more than 5 stars I would - thanks“

“This was for delivery. Called and spoke to a super friendly person named Luke. He answered all my questions and even told me that I could get a discount on my order if I placed it online. Ordered online and my pizza was delivered hot, fresh and EXACTLY as ordered (including well done crust)... here's the big thing.. The driver was at my door in less than 20 minutes on Saturday evening at 6:00. WHAAATT???Excellent service and good pizza. What else can you ask for?“
