Just had lunch at your Oviedo FL location - delish food and outstanding service by our waiter Michael! Celebrated a birthday and it was so good! Thanks Michael! 5 star food & service!
The giant pazookie is a really fun challenge to eat with your friend group!!! Y'all need to go get it!! They should come out a pumpkin or cinnamon fall flavor.
Food was wonderful and Chelsea gave us tremendous attention and did a fantastic job!

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse is a popular chain that offers a casual dining experience with a friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the spacious and calming environment, which makes it a nice place to enjoy meals with family or friends. The restaurant's food is generally good, including pizza, burgers, and pasta, with many guests noting that their meals are tasty and meet expectations. For families, there are entertainment options for kids, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.
Service quality varies depending on how busy the restaurant is and the experience level of the staff. Many reviewers mention that the staff are friendly and helpful, especially when the restaurant is not overly crowded. However, some reviews highlight issues with service, such as long wait times, forgetting items like sauces, and inconsistent check handling. On a few occasions, guests experienced delays in getting their drinks or food, and some faced difficulties with staff not listening or acknowledging their concerns.
Management has shown improvement over time, with better teamwork, more communication, and managers checking on guests more frequently. Despite these positive changes, some customers remain disappointed due to previous experiences of poor service, lack of accountability, and unaddressed issues. Overall, BJ's in Cypress is seen as a decent place for casual meals, with a focus on good food and friendly service, though experiences can vary.
