This is my first visit at the Towne Lake location, the staff is amazing, great customer service. I would like to give a shout out to the following employees: Erin, Steven, Jasmine and Emily! You guys made my day :)
Be prepared for an eternal wait if you dine in. They always only have one person making pizzas and one person cooking them (which most of the time they just standing there doing nothing and staring at you waiting in that long line).Restrooms smells awful and doesn’t look to be cleaned all day. We love Mod but some of the servers are way too nonchalant about customers. Had a line waiting - one person manning the oven, one slow person making pizzas, and one person just taking inventory of toppings and refilling them. While a line of customers waited. She couldn’t be bothered to help. In fact, she often got in the way of the guy who was actually making the pizzas.
