I like this place. The pizza is overpriced, but very well made. Wouldn't be a regular stop for me, though, due to the high price. But once in awhile, not bad.

This is by far the worst MOD location I have ever been too!! The employees here could care less as they move at the rate of a slug and it looks as though they do it purposely. These people really don’t like their jobs lol. I have ordered online a few times and the pizza is NEVER ready when I arrive. Today I went in and was hopeful because there were not too many people in line, 4 in front of me to be exact. It still took over 30 minutes to get through the line.When I lived in Katy I experienced nothing but amazing and fast service at the Fry & 99 location, as this was my kids favorite takeout. Now they don’t even ask for MOD.I will be driving the 3.5 miles to the next location from now on because this ain’t it. I suggest and I’m sure many others agree based on the reviews and the frustration on all the customers faces in the lines, fire this staff or get new management that will actually train them and make them efficient and happy to work here.

Slowest Mod Pizza place ever. The workers here work super slow with almost no direction of who is doing what. The work at the slowest pace and constantly stop to talk to each other even of there's a full lone of people waiting. This place needs better management and training.

Nearly every time I visit, it's very, very crowded, so much that you might end up being forced to sit outside if you want to enjoy your food on the premises. The service can be a bit slow, too. Overall, I enjoy eating here because they have so many options, and I'm a big fan of their crust.

Beware of the manager, Corey.I ordered 2 MOD classic salads on Uber Eats. The salads were supposed to each come with romaine. Normally, if they are out of a particular topping there is no way to order the pre-made salads or pizza. Or they will cancel your order. I know because both have happened to me in the past. Today, that was not the case. I was able to order the Italian Chopped Salad and the Greek Salad, and both salads were supposed to come with romaine. They did not cancel the order and just made each of the salads with no romaine lettuce. The greek salad came with the toppings only. And the Italian salad came with only spinach, because I had added it as a topping. When I called the location to complain about it, the manager made excuses with no apology and explained that the ticket did not have greens on it. However I, as the customer, rightly assumed that it would automatically come with romaine since it was listed as a topping and I didn't remove that topping. What she failed to mention was that she did not tell Uber eats to take off those salads, or relay the information to corporate to take romaine off of their website for online ordering. I imagine she received a few complaints from online orders today for her mistake.

Came to this place on Sunday, April 14 around 3:30 in the afternoon around 3 pm a bunch of kids were just play around so you’re standing there waiting for your food and watching them play or standing there ordering your food and they’re just playing. This place looks like a playground in the kitchen.

The customer service was very bad. When we went to order our foods they mistreated us . I asked a simple question which the employee rolled her eyes and breathed out heavily. And on top of that they gave us our pizza uncooked just so we can leave faster. I don’t recommend this place at all.

this one girl at the place is super rude. she called our name n she wasn’t at the counter so i just raised my hand and she literally beckoned me like she was parting the red sea with the meanest look on her face. last time i went to this location i ordered on the app n i came in at the time they told me to and when i got in she called my name n THEN she put in my pizza.. like what?

Super dirty. Dishes piled high and trash overflowing. Bathroom was a war crime. They need extra people just to clean and keep things wiped down.
