I just wanted to give Kassie a shoutout because great customer service deserves to be recognized. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely nice. You never know what someone is going through, and a little kindness can make a bigger difference than you realize. She definitely made my evening a little better. Taco Bell is lucky to have someone like Kassie on their team.
