Always friendly with a smile and quick to make things right without any attitude. My food is always fresh and hot, sometimes I have to wait a couple minutes to let it cool down. I eat here so much my nickname is “El VIP” on a side note i also like using their app for online orders and pick-up.“

The workers at chic-fil-a helped me though they helped me get in contact with my ride to get back home and they gave me quality service wihle I ordered my food they seemed geniunely happy I was there that day. We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. “My go to Chick Fil A...but honestly the fries have been awful lately! So soggy and limp that I feel like I’m eating a potato not a fry. Not good. Also, today in the drive up line, the people taking orders were not telling the cars who to follow in line like they normally do. So cars were pulling into the drive up line at the same time and not knowing who was supposed to go first...it was chaos. Other than that I still love the people that work here and customer service and food is always good...minus the fries ☹️“

After I got a delicious pie, hand crafted by Jhonatan Murillo and his coworker Patricio Mares, my friends locked me out of my car by leaving the keys inside the car. After closing up shop, Jhonatan and Patricio stayed for 3 hours trying to help me open the car door and they succeeded. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have wonderful people around the woodlands. They were exhausted after closing, and still found time in their busy schedule to stay and help a customer. “Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“
