Always friendly with a smile and quick to make things right without any attitude. My food is always fresh and hot, sometimes I have to wait a couple minutes to let it cool down. I eat here so much my nickname is “El VIP” on a side note i also like using their app for online orders and pick-up.“

We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating of such a large crowd in addition to your regular business. With all that the store was very clean!!! “Great food! Wanted to try In-N-Out since we’re from out of town. We didn’t mind the line but the workers standing out in 97 degrees was troublesome. They had great attitudes but you can clearly see them drenched in sweat standing and managing the lines outside. The giant umbrellas to the side are not even remotely good enough for their comfort. This location should take a page out of Chickfilas playbook and create awnings with fans for the comfort of their dedicated workers.

Minus one star for such a large chain not taking care of the employeees.“

“Before it would allow me to leave this review it asked if I would recommend Freddys… I answered with YES because I have always loved Freddys, but…… today was just way too much from this location. Sooooo after waiting 42 minutes stuck in the drive through I was handed my order in a full and heavy paper bag. I sat it in the seat next to me and started to drive off. I decided to pull into the adjacent parking lot and double check my order only to find there were no fries or onion rings, but about 3 pounds of napkins and sauces # on top of my burger. 😑 I had to go back into the store and it took another 15 minutes for me to get one order of fries and one order of onion rings to fulfill the order I had put in 49 minutes ago at this point. (There were minimal customers inside) While I was standing there for the 15 minutes, it took, I overheard conversations between a manager and the cooks. The cooks were speaking Spanish and not happy, and the manager was saying, “I don’t understand what you are saying” I think there is a communication breakdown that may need to be addressed . There was also a complaint by management that they wish they had another fryer, and that my wait was due to one of the grills not being heated up yet.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Chick-fil-A today. The restaurant was super clean, everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely kind. It’s amazing how great service can make something as simple as a chicken salad taste even better.

Carlos saw what happened and immediately told me to wait while he went to grab replacements. Within maybe a minute, he was back with brand-new drinks for me…I didn’t even have to ask!
What really stood out to me was his attitude. He was outside delivering orders in the hot Texas sun and still had a smile on his face and was incredibly kind and helpful.

After I got a delicious pie, hand crafted by Jhonatan Murillo and his coworker Patricio Mares, my friends locked me out of my car by leaving the keys inside the car. After closing up shop, Jhonatan and Patricio stayed for 3 hours trying to help me open the car door and they succeeded. Words can’t describe how grateful I am to have wonderful people around the woodlands. They were exhausted after closing, and still found time in their busy schedule to stay and help a customer. When I pushed the red button it was immediately answered, and I kid you not my meal was brought out in less than 2/3 minutes. Still fresh! My server Alexys was very kind and prompt.
