The manager; staff here does a really good job with the food retail community; it's not just the great taste of the food here he's approach to holly hills is a blessingthanks BIG.
Sat in the drive through for about 5 minutes just listening to people talk to eachother while having to repeat my order twice and they still messed it up. Was charged $1 for “key fob” which makes no sense and ordered an extra biscuit but didn’t get it and when i went back to the store to try to get it i was told i was charged for the extra biscuit as a drink upgrade??? So i never even received my biscuit and i never asked for a drink upgrade. Employees need better training...read full review
