“Dave’s Hot Chicken definitely did not disappoint! 🔥🍗 I got the Trio, and everything was on point. The chicken was hot, juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor, and the seasoning had just the right kick. The fries and sliders brought the whole meal together. You can tell they put some real love into the food.
Great atmosphere, good portions, and that kind of meal that leaves you already thinking about what you’re getting next time. 😂🔥 Definitely worth the stop if you’re craving some good hot chicken!“

After a very hectic week, I stopped by Friday morning in the drive through lane, and once again, I was struck by how nice, personable and friendly your entire staff is. They are delightful young people and their parents and managers should be very proud of them. And this is totally aside from the good food and correct orders we always enjoy. “Best location and greatest staff! I had a huge event recently that required pickup before opening hours. They were accommadating and helped load the car. “My go to Chick Fil A...but honestly the fries have been awful lately! So soggy and limp that I feel like I’m eating a potato not a fry. Not good. Also, today in the drive up line, the people taking orders were not telling the cars who to follow in line like they normally do. So cars were pulling into the drive up line at the same time and not knowing who was supposed to go first...it was chaos. Other than that I still love the people that work here and customer service and food is always good...minus the fries ☹️“

“Chick-fil-A partnered with Woodlands Church vbs to give attendees a free sandwich or nuggets. My grandchildren were so happy to receive this wonderful gift. We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating of such a large crowd in addition to your regular business. With all that the store was very clean!!! Thank you to my new favorite Chick-fil-A ❤️❤️“

“mia, the shift lead, cut me off multiple times while ordering, did not repeat the order back, and ultimately got my order wrong because she was talking over me to quickly finish the order and i guess didn’t hear me? the boy at the window was so sweet to fix it, even though i was willing to just go inside and buy the correct items, so thank you to him for that. i never have problems with this place, but felt the need to point this out since it didn’t feel up to chick fil a’s normal standard.“

“Absolutely loved our experience at Chick-fil-A today. The restaurant was super clean, everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely kind. It’s amazing how great service can make something as simple as a chicken salad taste even better.
A special thank you to Spencer. You were so friendly, patient, and welcoming, and you honestly made lunch with my son feel special and memorable. Little things like that really stay with people.

“This cfa is pretty good. They occasionally forget your sauce and the tables can be kinda nasty at times. It is one of the better ones I've been to recently. It seems like when they have a major employee change everything else changes too. Service kinda goes down for a while. For npw this is thr better one.“

“I had such a great experience with Carlos today! He handed me my drinks, and unfortunately I ended up dropping them in my car. Carlos saw what happened and immediately told me to wait while he went to grab replacements. Within maybe a minute, he was back with brand-new drinks for me…I didn’t even have to ask!
What really stood out to me was his attitude. He was outside delivering orders in the hot Texas sun and still had a smile on his face and was incredibly kind and helpful.
This location is always so fast and efficient, but employees like Carlos are what really make the experience exceptional. Thank you, Carlos, for noticing, being so thoughtful, and going out of your way to help me yesterday! He definitely deserves some recognition! ❤“

“I have not been to a churches chicken in over 36 years. I used to go quite often when I was stationed here in Texas. I want to experience it with my sons ans and and was able to do that today. I was happy to say that the food was pretty good hot and fresh .“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! You are a lifesaver and a rockstar!!!!“

“Food was what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — fresh, consistent, and no complaints there. The frustrating part was the drive-thru experience this time. We ended up stuck behind 1 car for probably 10+ minutes because it seemed like they were having payment issues, and since the lane traps you in, there was no way to get around. It felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by having someone come take orders outside or directing cars around so the entire line didn’t get held up by 1 vehicle. Also, getting into this location from the I-45 feeder/access road can be a little difficult depending on traffic and how packed the parking lot is. If it’s busy, it’s honestly easier sometimes to enter through the shopping center side instead. Overall the food was solid, but the traffic flow and drive-thru logistics could definitely be smoother.“

“This church’s is my favorite place to eat out from. From the manager, drive thru and cooks, they’re all amazing people. Always friendly with a smile and quick to make things right without any attitude. My food is always fresh and hot, sometimes I have to wait a couple minutes to let it cool down. I eat here so much my nickname is “El VIP” on a side note i also like using their app for online orders and pick-up.“
