“This church’s is my favorite place to eat out from. From the manager, drive thru and cooks, they’re all amazing people. Always friendly with a smile and quick to make things right without any attitude. My food is always fresh and hot, sometimes I have to wait a couple minutes to let it cool down. I eat here so much my nickname is “El VIP” on a side note i also like using their app for online orders and pick-up.“

The young lady at the counter, greeted us with a beautiful smile, asked us if it was outlet first visit and then explained the menu and was patient while we made our decision.She brought our food to our table with another beautiful smile. “Best location and greatest staff! I had a huge event recently that required pickup before opening hours. They were accommadating and helped load the car. The chicken salad was a huge hit for the event. It was refreshing and delicious! Love going in here. They make me feel like they know me personally.“

We had very fast service even though the place was packed. The staff is always friendly. This was our second visit of the week. I waited while they played. It was such a nice atmosphere that we stayed for 3 hours! Playing, having ice cream, making new friends and making new memories. Thanks to the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating of such a large crowd in addition to your regular business. With all that the store was very clean!!! The workers at chic-fil-a helped me though they helped me get in contact with my ride to get back home and they gave me quality service wihle I ordered my food they seemed geniunely happy I was there that day. I wanted to give a shout out to Ms. Keira she was the one who helped me that day I feel bad I couldn't put the review on the receipt but at least I could put in a google review and hope that helps.

“Arguably the easiest five-star review ever. Food’s always hot, service is always fast, and everyone’s polite like it’s in the training manual—which it probably is. They run things tight here. Doesn’t matter how busy it gets, they keep it moving. Just solid every time. Only open 6 days a week and still 10times better than other fast food restaurants.“

“My go to Chick Fil A...but honestly the fries have been awful lately! So soggy and limp that I feel like I’m eating a potato not a fry. Not good. Also, today in the drive up line, the people taking orders were not telling the cars who to follow in line like they normally do. So cars were pulling into the drive up line at the same time and not knowing who was supposed to go first...it was chaos. Other than that I still love the people that work here and customer service and food is always good...minus the fries ☹️“

“I have not been to a churches chicken in over 36 years. I used to go quite often when I was stationed here in Texas. I want to experience it with my sons ans and and was able to do that today. I was happy to say that the food was pretty good hot and fresh .“

“This place is the magnum opuses of every Chick-Fil-A. This location is what every location should aspire to be. Sauce containers are out with ample sauces, and a leftover sauce container so you can put the sauce that you didn’t use in there for others to do what the original consumer failed to. A NECESSARY addition to all the sauce lovers out there. Not every location has the leftover sauce container.

Staff are kind and doing their jobs efficiently. The place is clean. The food is good. Go-To meal is a kids nugget meal, replace the toy with an ice cream cone. Hits every time….

I’ve been here so much that the employees recognize me. And when I went to another location, he was there as well. I should be ashamed of myself but one should never have to hide away from their passions. And my passion is Chick-Fil-A.“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! You are a lifesaver and a rockstar!!!!“

“If you want a little spicy chicken that reminds you of olden days Popeyes, this is the place to go went to order. They made a mistake and they corrected an order without question. The customer service here is better than what you usually would see any other place. So I would highly recommend come in and enjoying Chicken here it's clean and quiet . Who is very quick?Getting your food and hit the spot.Kudos to the employees there at this moment in time.“

“Great service at this location . I was at an other Popeyes closer to my home thinking more or less how much I was going to spend . I had a coupon 2pc 1 side order $4.99 I wanted to use it twice plus add 1 lg side order this would have been a total $15.50 . I was told I could only use the coupon once. I have been in this type of business for many years and you want your customers back I did not order I said OK thank you and left. Drove all the way to this location where I did purchase . I explain to the mgr. In charge , she explain to me why they did not allow to use the coupon twice she said let me see what we can do . I handed her my phone she then came up with a coupon 5 pc with 2 sides $7.99 with biscuits. I said great let’s do it. Then I added that lg side order my total about $12.00 I came out $3.00 ahead one extra pc of chicken . Just some extra help from the employee helping me I really appreciated it on top of all this the chicken was hot and fresh. I will be back at this location.“

“Stopped by Popeyes on I-45 North in Spring and picked up some wings for the kids. They absolutely loved them! The wings were hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the kids were already asking when we could get them again before we even finished eating. Service was quick and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.“

“These guys are rocking the pandemic. It's fast food chicken, sure. But, it's pretty good, it's close to my home, and I can get tea by the gallon delivered...which is really saving me right now. If only they'd get more popcorn shrimp in.“

“Most of the time that I buy food from this location is pretty good. But about 40% of the time they always get it incorrect and I called them about it and they always tell me what do you want me to do about it. I think that’s pretty poor service not to mention when I get home the food is super greasy and cold.“
