“Everyone their are so sweet“

“The food here is ALWAYS so ridiculously delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband and I have been frequenting this place for the past 2 1/2 years and it never misses, always hits. The food is fried and seasoned perfectly. Go-to food items are fried chicken, fish, shrimp, hush puppies and dirty rice. I am so surprised that more people don't know about this place. Hidden gem for sure!“

“The new manager, Manny (I think his name was?) is really shaping up the place now. Used to be a bit of a dump but I can say confidently that things are turning around. Probably going to be visiting this location a bit more frequently now as a result. The food is great as always but as a company they definitely need to start topping the biscuits with real butter again. They're quite dry now. Anyway, kudos to the new manager!“

“You have to open back up soon. We miss your store and employees. The rest of the stores in the area do not compare to your customer service. The summerwood store is the worst.“

“I have been eating at Church's Chicken for over 60 years! I actually had my first price in SA, TX. This one is by far the best since SS,TX! If you like the best fries chicken, at a great price and in a pleasant atmosphere, you need this place in your life! Please don't try other locations as I have experienced some not up to par! Thanks for reminding me of my childhood!“

“this is one of the worst! Customer service in the Am is horrible and the bad thing is THEY DON'T CARE“

“This was my first visit to the location. Food was good. Service was ok but could have been better. I was waiting to pickup my order while the young man helped the customer in front of me. While waiting, a young lady walked in to pick up her order as well. However, when he finished with the customer that he was helping, he didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I was waiting for pickup or if I needed to order. He didn’t even look up at me. He looked straight across me and asked the young lady if she was there for a pickup. Normally I would let that go as it is fast food. This time I stopped him and said to him, I have a pickup and I’ve been standing here politely waiting for you to finish the customers in front of me so they can retrieve my order. He looked puzzled and then looked at the orders for pickup. He grabbed mine and handed it to me, not my cup for my drink or any condiments. I stopped him again to get the rest of my order completed. I’m not saying that he was rude because he wasn’t but his actions were dismissive. Pay more attention to your customers that are clearly standing in front of you where you pickup orders.“

“The young man at the drive through window last night at the Will Clayton & Atascocita location was an absolute angel. His customer service was outstanding. My order was exactly what was requested & he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was exceptional. I didn't get his name but commend him on his morals and values because rarely do you see such acts today from people young or older. He took pride in his job & you could tell he had a passion about what he's doing, well beyond his role at that establishment. If I were an undercover boss, I would have given him a raise & huge bonus for a job well done!

May God continue to bless & keep him!

- A very satisfied customer“
