“The lady taking care of the lobby,(I didn't get her name) makes them who they are, attentive, polite, and the place is sparkling clean!

All of the staff seems great, but she really shined!

“I haven't tried this location in about a year due to a previous bad experience. However, I feel it's important to give credit where credit is due. Today, the food was hot and fresh, which was a delightful surprise. The red beans and rice, chicken sandwich, and fries were all freshly made. Even the biscuit was hot and fresh. Well done!!The only negative I could point out was the lack of napkins or silverware in the bag.“

“Amazing. This was, hands down, the BEST fried chicken I have ever had in my entire life, and I’ve had some good fried chicken. The service was lightning fast and the restaurant had a homey vibe to it. This was an experience I literally haven’t forgotten, i went here a year ago and still remember enough to write this review. “Andrew gave exceptional service, it was my first time trying Urban Bird and, he took me through the entire menu to better guide me in my selection. He also never lost his smile not once, and it genuinely made me happy to walk into an atmosphere of positive energy.“

“This meal walked in like it pays rent here.

The crinkle fries came out seasoned like they had a personal grudge against bland food, and that fry sauce? Dangerous. The kind of sauce that makes you start dipping things that were never meant to be dipped. Napkins included.

The double smash burger looked like it lost a bar fight in the best possible way crispy edges, melted cheese, pickles hanging on for dear life, and enough grease to let you know happiness still exists. Every bite tasted like a backyard cookout hosted by someone with zero concern for cholesterol and 100% commitment to flavor.

Then the mac & cheese stepped in acting innocent on the side while secretly carrying the entire emotional support system of the meal. Creamy, rich, and hot enough to remind you patience is a virtue I clearly do not possess.

Overall, this plate didn’t just feed me — it humbled me. I came in hungry and left questioning whether I really needed the rest of my day or just a nap and better life insurance.“

“One of the best Church's we've visited! The manager who took my order was very nice, helpful & professional. The place was clean& they actually had chicken. We went here because Wayside location was out of breast & spicy chicken & 20 minute wait on original. 🤦🏽‍♂ This location has everything! When I asked about dry rub, the manager offered to take back my chicken & apply the rub! I said no thank you but I'll try next time! She said, you sure?🥰👏🏽 That's good service! The Fountain drinks were 💯👍🏽 too!“

“Their food is great and their service is usually really good. Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“

“In spite of being super busy (double drive thru lined up well past where the line to begin around the building), outstanding fast and super professional service - best I've ever experienced from a fast food restaurant!!! Order was exactly as requested and a very tasty spicy chicken deluxe combo. We'll be back just to support and enjoy such great service but also for the delicious food ;)“

“First visit to Church's, it wasn't bad but seemed very average. The two standouts were the honey biscuits and the mango lime drink. The spicy chicken was spicier than Popeyes, which was our comparison, but overall still kinda average.

This location feels like a weird set up and it probably better suited for drive thru. The dining area was kinda small and the bathroom was SUPER small.“

“We made it just in time for the fresh chicken—food was great! I’m from the Northeast and new to Houston, so the flavor tasted a little different to me, but I’m sure it’s the same chain recipe with a slight local twist. Either way, we’ll be back again.“

“I only eat ancestry food Monday Thur Friday I don't eat on Sunday's but Saturday I order this like it was my last meal I eat this almost every Saturday my advice is to get it ordered Thur doordash of some other service app because you get it more fresher compared to ordering it inside the store because they wouldn't want to cook 4 pieces of chicken when they have some that been sitting under the heat when I got my chicken delivered to me it was so hot and fresh I almost drop the box I don't mind repeating that experience love that this chicken taste like between KFC& Popeye's you want to wrong also check out YouTube they have food critics you can go and check out to hear there opinions and experience about this product“
