“They are right next to mcdonalds. Worst time ever their but cheaters made up for it. Nice kind staff. Quality of food was excellent. Even though they listened to me vent over way mcdonalds treated me they were still kind and encouraging. Good staff is representation over upper management in terms of training. “I honestly never write reviews but I’ve been a customer here for about a year now and I absolutely love it. It’s a place I’ll always choose to come back to.
Today especially, I felt like I needed to leave a review. I was having a really bad day and the ladies who helped me, I didn’t even get their names were so incredibly kind and genuinely helped lift my spirits. They probably don’t even realize how much their kindness meant to me, but it truly helped turn my day around.
This is what great customer service is all about. Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference. Thank you for making my day a little better.“
