“Confession this is my favorite late night place to get food from when we're out. The chicken is juicy and flavorful but spicy- even when you get the mild. Everything tastes fresh and we usually order it Uber eats and the order is correct with the exception of one time recently. We ordered a combo and got the trash fries instead. Even though they weren't what we ordered o have to say they were pretty tasty!“
“I went to Urban Bird Hot Chicken and brought 12 others to enjoy the food there but even though the food was tasty, well seasoned and fresh the wait was so long by the time we got our food we had to leave immediately. It's a relatively nicer fast food chicken place that was not fat at all along with subpar service. “I absolutely love this place but only during the day. Jessica who works the day shift is ver friendly greets you by your name and knows exactly what you want. She is sweatiest person I have met and her customer service is on point along with the food.But, on the other hand the evening crew is awful. I stopped by one evening and the gentleman who works on Wednesday was extremely rude had a bad attitude didn’t give you were good just placed it on the lil shelf and provided no condiments.
