“Dave’s Hot Chicken delivered. The chicken came out hot, crispy, and juicy. The seasoning had great flavor without covering up the chicken. The fries were fresh, well-seasoned, and paired well with the sauce.

The restaurant stayed clean, and the staff worked fast and stayed friendly. The only downside was the price. The meal cost more than similar chicken spots.

Overall, the food matched the hype. I would come back and recommend it to anyone who wants quality hot chicken. 4.5/5.“

“Best location and greatest staff! I had a huge event recently that required pickup before opening hours. They were accommadating and helped load the car. The chicken salad was a huge hit for the event. It was refreshing and delicious! Love going in here. They make me feel like they know me personally.“

“saw a post for this place (cypress location) and a special buy 1 get 1 so ordered and had delivered however, bread had MOLD on it and did NOT eat the food. called several times to fix this and number did not work. very DISAPPOINTING 1st time and can't tell how the food tastes because of not eating it.“

“Well this morning roughly about 7:00am I ordered the chicken & sausage bowl meal. Well when I arrived at my job site that’s about 10min from Chick-fil-A I park my truck & I was about to eat my bowl of goodness.. take it for granted I do not eat breakfast in the morning. Well I had it on my lap and soon as I was about to open the hot sauce my bowl fell all over on my lap. I was so angry at my self.... lol well I decided to head back to the location ware I bought my breakfast from went there the drive threw and ask for the same order did little that I know I told them what happen I did not expect them to give me a free bowl I had every intention to buy the bowl. But when I arrived to pick up my food. They said don’t worry about it it’s on us. All I have to say is that y’all have amazing staff. And thank you. I’ll be doing my good deed today. And thank you for the amazing breakfast. I’ll be Definitely be stopping by this location more often“

“Food was good, though certain things took a while to come out and it was never announced. We went on a weekday morning so it was pretty slow, lots of old people though to I guess be ready for either silence or a weird look.
Try the bread, its super good.“

“I was in need of an urgent lunch request for a same day meeting!!! I called the 2102 Spring Steubner Rd location. I explained my dilemma and Carla did her thing!!!! I had a lunch order for 20 people along with condiments, drinks and cups in record timing. I think I called around 10am and I wanted to see if it could be done by 10:45am. Carla had it done at 10:39am!!! Carla saved me. Nothing was missing from the order. It was hot and fresh!!!! This service was phenomenal and this location was great!!!! Thanks again, Carla! You are a lifesaver and a rockstar!!!!“

“We were unable to enter the establishment. Only drive thru. Pieces of chicken were large. Had 6 piece chicken for 3 people. Very tasty. Not greasy. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. Mac and cheese was good. Bread roll was also good. Very large piecesofchicken. My only complaint is that the food was not hot by the time I got home. I love my food HOT. Other than that, very well worth it. Great flavor, great taste, awesome price. Highly recommend.“

“Was almost 7pm, their closing time, so the buffet line was no replenished as often as during early hours, so mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, corn and desserts were cold or looked like they were dry due to just sotting out. Won't go at 6pm again, not its best food.“

“Food was what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — fresh, consistent, and no complaints there. The frustrating part was the drive-thru experience this time. We ended up stuck behind 1 car for probably 10+ minutes because it seemed like they were having payment issues, and since the lane traps you in, there was no way to get around. It felt like the situation could’ve been handled better by having someone come take orders outside or directing cars around so the entire line didn’t get held up by 1 vehicle. Also, getting into this location from the I-45 feeder/access road can be a little difficult depending on traffic and how packed the parking lot is. If it’s busy, it’s honestly easier sometimes to enter through the shopping center side instead. Overall the food was solid, but the traffic flow and drive-thru logistics could definitely be smoother.“
