“We ordered over 150 sandwiches for an event and they made catering look seamless! They were early to deliver, all the sandwiches were labeled and the order was fulfilled perfectly! This is no easy task with all the dietary restrictions they had to work with. They were flexible and responsive and I would highly recommend them if you need a large catering order. Abigail was great to work with!“

“Lots has changed about Subway recently. They seem to have “upgraded” their meat/ingredients and portions are a little bigger. Their pieces have also gone up. Use the online coupons. I had a decent sub and the springs were generous when in asked for extra. Good flavor, but nothing like a “real” deli sub. Ib was presently supposed as in haven’t been to a Subway in ages, was craving a sub and this was the only place close. Will go back! I have it 4 stars, but it is really 3 1/2 as fade as subs go.“

“Food was good but what made our experience even better was the worker. I wish I got his name but he was really funny. We arrived around 6:40 so there weren’t any customers. That didn’t really matter because he took the time to really have a conversation with us. Compared to other subways this guy was the best with both his attitude and service. “Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!“

“This is my go to place when I’m driving back to Cypress, Texas from work in Spring, Texas! Their food is always excellent and this past time I got a really nice thank you gift from them! Two yummy chocolate chip cookies! That really made my day! I asked for less ice in my drink and they accommodate me and gave me an ice water also! I will continue to come all the way from Cypress to get this service! Keep up the great work!“

“I truly love eating out here, but something that does concern me is the way the workers use their gloves to touch multiple things. As someone who can’t have pork in my food, I would preferably appreciate it if all the meats used tongs. It’s not oka disgusted manner but it also seems genuinely more better, when you thing about it as people who can’t have pork, whenever they use gloves they do change it but when doing orders they touch pork and all and then with the same gloves they touch the vegetables which contaminates it all. I hope they can take this into consideration!“

“I made a wrong online order back in January 2026. The store manager James is very helpful to resolve the issues. Cancelled the wrong order and was trying to get money back to the gift card by contacting regional manager. But for some reasons, I haven't had the money returned to me. James is really nice to offer the best resolution I can imagine. I cannot recommend enough for his services and courtesy!!“

“The guy working didn't just throw the ingredients on some bread and hand it over. Which was surprising because he is younger. The sandwich was well put together and didn't fall apart at all while eating it. A lot of times it can become a big mess and almost a hassle to eat without making a mess. Not this time tho. “My first time visiting Jimmy John's and I was extremely impressed. I parked and placed an pick-up order. They were extremely quick. As soon as I walked in, the young man greeted me with a warm smile. He was very courteous. As I was leaving, the young lady acknowledged me and was very sweet. The sandwich was awesome.
