“Early in the morning. The lady really hustled to make my sandwiches, and the gentleman who was working the counter for the gas station helped out. She also didn’t skimp on the ingredients like some places 👍🏻“

“I stopped here for lunch the other day and order the mexicali 6 inch with some chips and a drink. The mexicali sub was good. The tea tasted so old and nasty. The lady who made my sandwich made it good but there was some communication issues and because of that, she didn't bother trying to communicate. She didn't seem too friendly either. Overall food was good. Drinks nasty. Downfalls on service.“

“What a gem! We were delighted to find this bakery with its delicious and healthy menu. I avoid soybean oil, corn syrup, and refined flour, all of which are missing from this bakery’s ingredients list. Their freshly baked bread was so light and airy but extremely filling at the same time. There were so many delicious choices that we look forward to trying on a return trip. Prices were quite reasonable for the value. 💯will return. Highly recommend. The only recommendation I have for improvement is if they can improve signage. It’s a great location and very convenient to get to, but you need to know it’s there or you won’t see it. 10 / 10“

“They make a good sandwich. My son goes to this location frequently. I'm no sure how to react to his experience today though. As he was leaving with his order, he dropped his drink and it spilled everywhere on the floor. Now he started cleaning it with napkins (way to go son). meanwhile the 2 employees up front watched without assistance. A young lady came from the back and offered a replacement drink but still no assistance with the clean up. should they have at least offered a mop instead of watching him do the job with paper napkins?“

“Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

“I worked at a Schlotzsky’s for three years until I graduated high school, so I had a sandwich just about every day and never got tired of them. That was a whole lot of years ago, but I still love them and can’t pass up a Schlotzsky’s without stopping. I had never been to this one, which is conveniently located in the same building as a huge convenience store/gas station.
I ordered a turkey avocado on sourdough bread exactly as it comes, and y’all!! …it was beyond delicious!! I also got a bag of Schlotzsky’s brand Barbecue chips with a great tasting Dr Pepper and that entire meal was fantastic.
It was hard to pass up the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls behind the glass at the register, because they look beyond amazing, but I was completely full after my meal. I dined inside the restaurant, but they also have a drive-through if you prefer to grab and go.
I will stop here for a sandwich every single time I go to the airport. I highly recommend giving them a try if your in the area.

“This is the best place I’ve ever ate at. I need one inside my house. I would recommend specifically the 8 pc honey hot boneless with regular fries. The server got it done in 2 minutes. And overall it was very welcoming and had near all country flags on it, would recommend, 10 out of 10 experience. If you want to know more on the recommended order, I ordered it just over medium, and it was exactly that, really spicy and coated in honey. The fries were salty enough to block out the spice, and the Dr Pepper was still tasty through the spice. You should be good with 6 pc though.“

“Stopped by tonight for a late-night sub, and I wanted to give a shoutout to Mario!

He was the only employee working, with about 5–6 customers waiting for their sandwiches, and he handled everything incredibly well. He kept apologizing for the wait, but honestly, there was no need. He was doing his absolute best, staying professional, and making sure everyone was taken care of.

The food was great. My only disappointment was seeing Mario having to manage the entire store by himself and waiting more than normal. Wish he had some extra help, especially during closing hours.

Mario deserves some recognition for his hard work and dedication! Hopefully, management sees this and gives him the support he deserves.“

“I came here for the first time on my lunch and ordered a 12 inch steak and cheese subway with bacon added. I got it on the jalapeño bread. Alexis was the ladys name that made my food and took my order and she was absolutely amazing! She was super nice, well mannered and respectful. She made my sandwich perfect and she was quick to greet me. My sandwich tastes amazing! Presentation was superb! Oh and I got a small cherry icee! Great location and wonderful employee!“

“My experience was amazing from the beginning, I was greeted with a smile there was around 5 to 6 people ahead of me but the line moved quick. The food was great I ordered a Shredded chicken sandwich and it was amazing, I was only going to get a sandwich but Maybelline offered me a drink and a cookie she was very nice and had a beautiful personality. “If you haven’t been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. I also discovered that this subway has breakfast subs, which not every subway does. This excited me even more so. After having eaten my subway sandwich, I am grateful to this young man for introducing a new sandwich to me. If you live in Atascocita or even as far as Katy Texas, take a drive to this subway and thank you Ian for introducing me to something new.“

I am leaving a review of the Jimmy John’s rewards program. They refer to it as “freaking fast rewards”. I guess this refers to how fast they expire. Every decent reward I have earned has expired within 48 hours of earning it. Earn a free sandwich or $5 off and have to go back the same or next day to be able to use it? Useless! The only reward that didn’t expire quickly was the free cookie for signing up.“

“The place has a weird vibe when you first walk in, not sure if is the music or the lack of cleanliness which takes me to the first part of this review, tables were dirty, floor was dirty, soda area dirty as well and wet floor in front of the soda machine and bathrooms with spiderweb do not help first impressions, we decided to stay and order, employees are nice, you can tell they care about their job but they are short staff. Surprisingly the food was good, my wife ordered the original sandwich and I got a number 3 whatever that is, this place has potential and good employees, they just need a couple of helping hands, not sure if that's a management problem or owner problem.“
