The attention to creating a quality sandwich is lacking here. I like a good BLT. The three main items have to be proportioned right. The last 4 or 5 times eating there they seem more concerned with minimizing the ingredients. It's hard to enjoy a sandwich that is lean. Very little lettuce. I asked for red jalapeno peppers and there were three in the sandwich. Each bite of a sandwich should include all of the ingredients. The rewards system, called “freaking fast rewards,” was criticized for expiring within 48 hours, though an update noted it is much better now. Service is praised for being friendly and fast, with one customer in and out in less than 5 minutes. The location is consistent and better than another chain sandwich place across the freeway, though the loss of dijon mustard is missed. Toasted subs and great service are recommended.
