Used to be a good, fast place to get a sandwich, but it's understaffed to the point that it can't actually achieve its original business model. And the touchless pay option doesn't work. So Management will cut staff to save a buck but won't fix a broken payment system. Whoever runs this place needs to be replaced.

I don't understand the negative reviews - at all. I order from this location at least twice a week and get exceptional service every time. My sandwich is always delicious and if it's delivery, it's super fast with a friendly delivery person.

I walked in as the worker was cutting meat. I was greeted and my order was taken in a timely manner. HOWEVER, from the meat cutting, to taking my payment and giving me my change and then to starting my sandwich, the same gloves were worn. The lady was nice but extremely unhygienic. Probably won’t be going back.

They are rude !!! Just got a delivery, called them to tell them it was wrong the guy tells me he needs original sandwich back before he gives me a new one, comes to deliver sandwich banging on door and then says he’ll just put it in the notes, I love jimmy johns, but not a fan of this location at all 2nd time they messed up my food.

I've ordered before for delivery. Never had an issue. Last night they said I was too rude and refused service, declined me and my daughters food order and charged me for my order anyways and hung up on me twice

We placed a delivery order for a work/lunch meeting, as we often do. Order took 45 minutes to arrive. ALL the orders were wrong. Everyone got the same sandwich, but we each ordered different sandwiches, breads, no bread, etc. The only thing they got right were the chips! One person has dairy/gluten allergies and could not eat her lunch at all. I am certain we won't be placing lunch ordering from this store again for our office meetings. Just awful.

Excellent service and the subs were made to my liking which is more than I can say for the one on FM 1960.I could not believe what was considered a sub with extra turkey. I thought I was being punked and needless to say.....there was no tip.Pffft!
