“My online order was running late because of staffing issues. Cynthia invited me in, explained that my order was a bit delayed, but she would get it prepared asap. I waited while she finished the order ahead of mine. While she prepared my order, she explained that she was new and still learning. Not sure what the staffing issue was, but this poor lady was running the whole show by herself. I’m sure it was stressful, but Cynthia handled herself well I hope this is an isolated incident and not how y’all normally run your business. Or treat your staff.“

“Love the subs, Far superior to Subway and you’ll notice a difference in taste and actual weight of the sandwich! Ordered via the Jersey Mike’s app for delivery, usually within 30 minutes. As for the delivery itself, perfect! They use a 3rd party delivery service, which was DoorDash and never a problem with the delivery. When the store opened, had a few issues with the orders, but the Mgr Katelyn corrected the issue and made it right. No issues since. Also, be sure to take advantage of their loyalty program.“

But the girl had it ready and most impressive part was how it was ready for pick up. Like clean and neat. I did end up eating in the store and it was quiet and clean. There were only two people working at this time so I am assuming they both made this but, I’ve to say that this as till today was the best Chicken Teriyaki sandwich I’ve had at subway. “I’ve been grabbing the 6 piece boneless wing meal for a bit now on my way home now and then and for 7.03 after tax it’s a damn good deal. Definitely a good bang for the buck especially since the wings are pretty good for how cheap they are and the fries are always great and fresh.“

“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

“Located inside the gas station. The day I went there was only 1 person working at the Subway. He was very nice and patient, even though it was non-stop for him. He managed to take care of it alone. I have 4 stars only because even though he was working by himself, he shouldn't have had too. Not sure where his other team members were, but he was doing a great job.“

“If you haven’t been to the subway at 19211 Westlake Houston, then you are missing out. Normally I get the same subway sandwich each time I go to any subway. Ian, the young man who made my sandwich suggested I try something new. He suggested the BMT, which happens to be a salami and ham-based sandwich. I officially have a new sandwich and a new subway. I also discovered that this subway has breakfast subs, which not every subway does. This excited me even more so.
