The lady and gentlemen that work at this store are the reason i continue to go back. They are always nice and will help with whatever they can. He messed up on my order and put mayo on my sandwich. I just asked him to scrape it off, which he did, but he also went the extra mile and gave me a discount for messing up. I did not even ask him to do this. Exceptional customer service. Got there and they literally had no bread ? We were in a rush so we decided to just get their flatbread/wrap thing and it took them like 15 minutes to prepare one. People seemed nice though.

Thought this was Subway and not brown bag deli. Not the first time I ended picking up a cold naked sandwich that is supposed to be warm and toasted and wrapped. Why are they not wrapped anymore? Is this the new policy or did I end up with a staff that cut corners? Not the quality I would expect for the price we pay! Please do better or I’ll be going to Jimmy John’s more often!
