Starbucks on W Lake Parkway across from HEB has a very attentive staff and full cups of cappuccino without cutting back on quality. However, the drive-thru line is consistently long, with waits of 40 minutes even with few cars. The wait times are a common occurrence, even with only one other person in line. Despite the friendly staff and great manager, the slow service is a significant drawback for this location.
