This is a tough review for me because this location does have a great staff. They are always kind and attentive and the manager is great. But the wait… the wait is like no other location I have ever been to. The drive thru line is a minimum of 40 minutes almost every time. I don’t understand why it takes so incredibly long no matter how many cars are in line. If there was any way to expedite this line, this would be a great location.
Incredibly slow drive thru. It was only me and one other person in line. They took forever to take my order, and when I finally got up to the window the person in front of me was still there. By the time they finally got their 1 drink, 25 minutes had passed. This isn’t the first time either. This is a common occurrence.

I ordered 3 drinks and 2/3 were fine but on my drink (iced matcha latte add lavender powder) this drink tastes like pure milk. I mentioned it to the cashier and she stated the appropriate amount of powder was used and refused to adjust my drink. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered this drink but it’ll be my last time coming to this location. There’s lots of competition with Starbucks so I think this is it for me and Starbucks.
