It is Wednesday April 24th at 5:40 pm. Walk into Subway. They're taking fresh bread out of the oven. I get to the counter and they say, we're actually closed right now. Just turned around and walked out. Don't know why I even bothered trying with all of the bad reviews!

Signs and online hours show they’re open until 10, I got there at 9:30 and the doors were locked. I stood outside thinking they would open the door but the workers continued to turn off the lights and go to the back of the store.. if hours changed this should be updated.. very unprofessional.. luckily there was a nearby subway that actually STAYS open until 10 ?

We went to get subway and there was a new deal going on. I asked about it and the girl there whatever her name is, she had piercings and glasses, she said they didn’t have it. Super rude tone, with a stank face. She could’ve let us know it was online or something but every time I asked or said anything she was just simply rude. Hopefully she gets a new job because she’s not doing this location any good.

Worst subs and salad ever! Ordered 2 subs a salad a churro and a pretzel. So little meat and veggies I couldn't even combine the subs to make 1 decent sub. Salad was half full. Didn't get pretzel. Got an extra churo. I was like... okay I can live with that. Wrong! Horrible tasting. Like disgusting.

Do not come to this location, rude staff. The guy with the beard is rude with bad customer service skills. I asked him a question on the kind of cheese he recommended for my sandwich and he gave me a snotty response without answering my question. He asked me not to touch the glass when I tried to look at the different cheese options. I will not be coming back here.

I really want to give this location zero stars for service. Went to go pick up an online order earlier today. I went to express pickup after the employee had just finished checking out someone. My order was clearly ready behind the counter, but the employee ignored me and instead went ahead and re-gloved to make orders for customers. I waited patiently for him to finish and tried to be understanding since it was busy, but when he returned, he came up confrontational. I told him I'm here to pick up my order, which had been ready since 11:55. He then replied, "You need to move. I'll take care of it when I'm finished. When he finished, he started to go off that he was busy and started cursing. I told him, "That's not my problem if you don't want to be here. All I wanted was my order but you clearly been with an attitude and feeling like you have some sort of authority, if you can't do express orders take down the sign" At that point he was like "Do I look like I give a f$%#, as he clenched his hands ready to fight. At this point, I was like man give me my refund. If you can't handle multi-tasking or have any type of customer service skills, then don't work. Walked out as he continued cursing. Went to the Subway on Tidwell, which I give 5 stars for customer service. Will never return to the Summerwood location.

I tried to place an order online, but had trouble. It seemed like the order didn't go through, but my bank was charged $38 and some change. I went to the store and I was very nice asking them if they received my order. They said they didn't, so I asked what could be done. The kid at the register just shrugged his shoulders and that made me mad because it showed he didn't care and was not going to try to help me. Another girl that was unboxing things did if they didn't receive the order, they can't make it, which I understand. But I told her what do we do about my money, to which she said "I don't know, call your bank" in a very rude way. I just walked out of the store and contacted subway headquarters and then my bank.

I had a foot long Tuna and they charged me $11.49. I told the manager he overcharged me but the guy with the beard refused to put it back to my credit card. He even made my sandwich and said he doesn’t remember making it. Anyways, his bad attitude will not be good for business.

I like subway. The food looked fresh in the tray. I got a newbie so my san which wasn't perfect it's a bit dry but my kids absolutely love their custom sandwhich and they're so happy they give it four stars and 5 stars. I'm a bit concerned about the rotisserie chicken I've never had it before it's a new product for me... sandwhich needs salt and pepper maybe the tomatoes on my side were less fresh so gave less flavor needs more tomatoes and the chicken bacon ranch comes with 2x cheese and I feel like I got 1x cheese maybe it wouldn't be dry with the extra cheese
