Subway in Crosby offers phenomenal excellent service, with a new management team that has brought life back to the place. Everything is clean, professional, and very focused on customer service. The food is fresh and delicious. However, they are needing more workers, and are low on lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc. A customer commended outstanding service from Archie, who was incredibly patient with special orders and went above and beyond to ensure sandwiches were made to perfection. Another customer praised Kym, who knows how to make a sandwich big huge with a lot of meat. Both Archie and Kym deserve recognition and a raise and promotion. Highly recommend.
